Robey Spratt

Robey has been a broker with Atlantic Retail since 2015, starting shortly after graduating from the University of Mississippi’s school of Business Administration. Robey specializes in site selection, market analysis and strategy, deal negotiations, and dispositions for numerous retailers and restaurants. In addition, Robey works closely with developers and landlords to identify viable development sites and strategically lease their assets.

In his free time, Robey enjoys numerous sports, fishing, skiing, hunting and music. Robey is a life-long North Carolinian and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.

Pat Gallagher

Pat joined Atlantic’s Boston office as a broker in 2012. Since then he has worked on the New England expansion of national retail tenants such as Party City, Dollar General, and Starbucks. On the leasing side, Pat has worked with REITs such as Regency, Brixmor, and Kimco in addition to his work with local and independent real estate owners. Pat’s diverse experience allows him to efficiently service a variety of clients to meet their real estate goals.

A Massachusetts native, Pat graduated from the Rivers School before attending St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. Away from the office Pat enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on his golf game.

Micah Groeber

Micah joined Atlantic Retail in 2012 as a broker in the Charlotte office after a 2-year period as a retail broker with CBRE in Greenville, SC. Since that time, he has worked with a number of national and regional retailers and restaurants including Chase Bank, McDonalds, CorePower Yoga, Petco, Talbots, First Watch, Bloomin Brands, Jim N Nicks, Dollar Tree, Centerwell, and Taco Bell.

A lifelong resident of the Carolinas, Micah’s market knowledge and transaction experience coupled with a strong attention to detail allow him to create and execute multi-market strategies for his clients.

In January of 2025, Micah was named a Partner of Atlantic Retail.

Micah graduated from Clemson University and enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and traveling. Micah is an active member of ICSC and a CCIM candidate.

Jim Bagley

Jim arrived at Atlantic in 2001 after working on the retail brokerage team at Spaulding & Slye.  His brokerage career began in Philadelphia at Fameco, now part of CBRE.  Over the years he has implemented expansion strategies for numerous tenants including Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Petco, Five Below and AFC Urgent Care.  In addition, he has handled surplus property disposition nationally for Best Buy and Office Depot.  Jim is responsible for the leasing of urban and suburban properties such as Longwood Center, Boston and Colony Place, Plymouth.

In late 2023, Jim was named an Atlantic Partner. He enjoys attending New England Patriots games, boating and the beaches of Cape Cod.  He lives in Winchester with his wife, Andria and son.

Dan Mullin

Dan joined Atlantic Retail in 2012 and has focused on both tenant and landlord representation during his tenure. Dan has represented numerous national and regional tenants throughout the Carolinas, including Panera Bread, TD Bank, 7-Eleven, Whataburger, Barry’s Bootcamp, Sweetgreen, and Planet Fitness. He’s also represented a variety of landlords in the Carolinas, including Store Capital, NADG, Madison Capital Group, and The Richardson Group.

Originally from New York, Dan attended Hobart College where he met his wife, Sarah. They reside in Charlotte with their two children, Hallie and Wes. Away from the office, Dan enjoys visiting the beach and the mountains with his family.

Michael Alberico

Michael joined Atlantic in 2014 after 6 previous years in the business. During his career, he has worked with both national retailers, developers and local franchisees throughout New England. Michael is currently responsible for the roll-out of Dollar General stores in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Along with Dollar General Michael also assists Great Clips and all their franchisees throughout northeastern New England and Lapels and all their franchisees throughout all of New England. Working with both Great Clips and Lapels locally, Michael has been able to secure assignments for other Atlantic offices and other offices in our national brokerage network.

Michael was born and raised in New England with a short visit to Tampa, Florida where he attended the University of Tampa. While at UT Michael played on the golf team all four years and was elected Captain his senior year. He currently lives in Walpole, MA  with his wife Lindsay and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, boating and traveling.

Chris Kelly

Chris joined Atlantic in 2001 as a broker in the Boston office. Since then, Chris has worked on the New England expansion for his clients including Burlington Stores, Michaels Crafts, Mattress Firm and Regal Cinema. He has also worked with some of the region’s largest developers and landlords on dozens of project leasing assignments. These include more than 20 properties in the Inland Western REIT portfolio the leasing for the 600,000 SF Dowling Village power center in North Smithfield, RI on behalf of Bucci Development.

Away from the office, Chris enjoys fishing, coaching lacrosse & basketball for his two oldest daughters and spending time at Cape Cod in the summer. Chris attended Wheaton College in Norton, MA where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Chris resides in Hingham, MA with his wife and three children.

Ben Ravelson

Ben joined Atlantic Retail in July of 2012 in the Boston office. In early 2017, he was named Director of Atlantic’s Urban team, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Boston and its surrounding core urban markets. Ben is currently responsible for the retail leasing of several dynamic mixed-use projects across the city (details linked below). In addition to his project leasing work, Ben is handling the urban expansion on behalf of CAVA, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Circle K and Rumble Boxing.

Ben’s spare time is typically focused around his passion for food (both cooking and consuming it), as well as staying active (to offset the aforementioned love for food). You will often find him hosting friends and family at his home in Boston’s South End neighborhood, or on Cape Cod. Born and raised in Boston, Ben is a passionate Red Sox and Patriots fan. The hobby that he picked up during quarantine is teaching himself how to play the bongos. He graduated from Syracuse University in 2012 with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate and has been with Atlantic Retail ever since.

Matthew Lynch

Matt joined Atlantic Retail as a broker in 2013. Since that time, he has worked in all facets of the retail brokerage industry and specializes in tenant representation, strategic growth planning, third party leasing and portfolio disposition throughout the state of Florida. Matt represents a diverse array of national retail tenants including Planet Fitness, First Watch Café, Macy’s, Portillo’s, Verizon and Heartland Dental.

Originally from Boston, Matt graduated from Boston College in 2010 and currently resides in Tequesta, FL with his wife and two young children. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, skiing and playing golf.

Noah Jones

Partner with Atlantic Retail, Noah has been working in the Atlantic Retail Florida Office since 2010. He brings an extensive background and experience to the retail real estate service business, and takes pride in his hands-on approach to his work and client relationships. He specializes in tenant representation, and value add leasing strategies and cultivates a clientele list of major national restaurants and retailers including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Bloomin’ Brands, PopStroke Entertainment Group – just to name a few.

Migrating from Minnesota at a young age and growing up most of his life in South Florida, Noah enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He attended the University of Florida and his hobbies include fishing, boating, and grilling.
