Patrick joined Atlantic in 2013 as a broker in the West Palm Beach office. Since that time, Patrick has executed growth strategies for national retailers and restaurants and represented developers in their ground up and project leasing efforts. In 2018, Patrick transitioned to Atlantic’s capital markets team, Atlantic Capital Partners, where he specializes in Single and Multi-Tenant Net Lease asset advisory and leads the efforts in Florida.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Patrick gained valuable experience leasing shopping centers in Southeast FL on behalf of Woolbright Development and as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap in their Orlando office.
Away from the office, Patrick enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his family. Born and raised in Florida, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Patrick lives with his wife Lindsay and their three children, Mack, Shea and Pearl in North Palm Beach, FL.
Tom relocated to Florida from Massachusetts in 2003 and was instrumental in opening the Southeast Regional Office. Tom has assisted numerous national retailers and restaurant concepts with their expansion throughout Florida and most of the Southeastern United States. In 2012, Tom became Partner at Atlantic Retail and currently focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation.
Outside of the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and three children boating and golfing in Florida and the Bahamas. When he is not on the water or golf course, he enjoys watching his son and two daughters play lacrosse. Tom graduated from the Carrol School of Management at Boston College and commenced his career in the commercial real estate industry shortly thereafter.
Greg has been a member of the Atlantic team since 2003, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Since joining Atlantic, Greg has enjoyed collaborating with retailers in developing and implementing strategic expansion programs throughout Florida. His active national retail tenants include Burlington, Baptist Health South Florida, Barnes & Noble, National Vision and Verizon.
Greg was born and raised in the Greater Boston area. He left Boston for Washington, D.C. where he graduated from Georgetown University. Greg and his wife, Kate, live in Palm Beach Gardens with their two children. They enjoy the outdoors, boating, golfing and skiing.
After years of competing with Atlantic, Dan joined the team in 1997. His New England efforts were focused on the likes of Staples, Chili’s, and project leasing. In 2003, Dan made a drastic career and lifestyle change by moving his wife and two daughters to Jupiter, FL and established Atlantic’s first office outside of New England.

Dan has continued his focus on representing larger format retailers as well as project leasing across the state while utilizing his experience in opening a new office to help mentor current and future partners.
Away from work, Dan spends time on the golf course and he continues to keep his interest in skiing. A graduate of Boston College, and parent of two recent graduates, there are frequent visits back to family in the Boston area as well as Cape Cod. Dan recently celebrated his 30th anniversary with his wife Elly.
Roy joined Atlantic in 2011 as a broker and was promoted to Managing Partner of the Charlotte office in 2012.
He oversees the brokerage activity in the region and has been active with the expansion of notable retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Abra Auto Body and Glass, Fitness Connection, Mattress Firm, Chopt Salad Company, and Heartland Dental. He has owned and operated several retail businesses, so he is uniquely qualified to advise other retail businesses on expansion and strategy.
Roy enjoys Carolina Panther’s football, traveling, and spending time on the South Carolina coast.
Garrick joined Atlantic in 2010 with the opening of the Pittsburgh office. At Atlantic, he has concentrated on tenant representation and leasing in the eastern United States with a focus on the Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia region. He has worked with tenants such as Burlington, Charming Charlie, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Jo-Ann Stores, Nordstrom Rack, Petco, and Talbots. Garrick has represented landlords such as The Kroenke Group, Pebb Enterprises, and PREIT. Prior to joining Atlantic, he spent time as a consultant in real estate market research and was with Dick’s Sporting Goods in both a market research capacity and in real estate.
Garrick grew up in the Cincinnati, OH area and earned a BA from Miami University (OH) and an MBA from Robert Morris University. He worked in Detroit, MI as a real estate consultant for many retail companies and municipalities before moving to Pittsburgh, PA in 2001 to join Dick’s Sporting Goods. Away from work, Garrick enjoys hockey and is an avid home brewer. He and his wife, Kristin, have three kids and live in the south hills of Pittsburgh.
Ben joined Atlantic in 2001 from Fameco (now CBRE) in the Philadelphia market. Since that time, he has worked on behalf of retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples, Pacific Dental, Talbots, Stop & Shop, and Five Below in their New England site selection programs. Additionally, Ben has worked with a mix of REITS and private investors, marketing their retail assets. These owners include Kimco, Acadia, Ares, and the Grossman Company. Notable deals include Wegman’s in Burlington, Massachusetts, Kohl’s in Bedford, New Hampshire, LA Fitness in Natick, Massachusetts and Trader Joe’s in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Ben holds degrees from both the University of New Hampshire and the University of Virginia. He lives in downtown Boston and sits on the board of the Boston Main Streets Foundation. He has run twelve marathons, including New York City on behalf of the Martin Richard Foundation.
Adam joined Atlantic in July of 2004 as a Broker in the Boston office. Since that time, he has worked throughout New England representing both tenants as well as Landlords and Developers. Adam has worked on the expansion strategies for retailers such as Chase Bank, Sherwin Williams, Advance Auto Parts, Chili’s, Wonder, Guitar Center, Sweet Tomatoes, Wings Over and Hair Cuttery. In recent years, Adam has established himself as a leading leasing broker in Greater Boston through his diligent work on behalf of owners such as Crosspoint Associates, Benderson Development, Madison Properties, The D’Amante Companies, KGI Properties, The Growth Companies, Ann & Hope, National Development, Eclipse Management, City Real Estate Development Corp and Haynes Management.
In late 2015, Adam was named a Principal of Atlantic and in late 2020 Adam became a Partner.
Adam attended Indiana University where he graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2001. While not at work, Adam can be found spending time with his wife and two children in their hometown of Newton, MA.
Brian started working at Atlantic in 1994 as an intern to one of Atlantic’s earliest brokers, the late Jim Given. In 1996, he joined the company as a full-time broker, and as they say the rest is history. With a primary focus on tenant representation, Brian has led the retail market expansions in New England and Upstate New York on behalf of Bed Bath & Beyond, Christmas Tree Shops, Party City, and buy buy Baby. Additionally, he has served in a master-brokerage capacity for Petco, successfully opening new stores up and down the East Coast.
Brian became a partner at Atlantic in 2010.
When Brian is not in the office he spends most of his time going to events for one of his four children. He and his family like to visit Block Island, Rhode Island during the summer and they reside in Norfolk, MA along with two dogs, two cats, and two horses.
Steve started his career at Atlantic fresh out of college in 1994 and, over the past 25 years, has worked with a diverse group of tenants and landlords and has enjoyed playing an active role in the transition and growth of Atlantic. Notably, Steve has led the New England expansion efforts for retailers such as Target, Nordstrom Rack, The TJX Company concepts, Total Wine, Chick-Fil-A, and Chase Bank.
Steve grew up in Reading, MA, graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and was a member of the Tufts Hockey team. He currently resides in Winchester with his wife Kelly and son. Outside of the office Steve enjoys all sports and has a love-hate relationship with the game of golf. He also enjoys traveling, dining out, spending time with friends and family and a nice glass of wine.
