Sarah Hallam

Sarah joined Atlantic Retail in 2020 as a broker in the Charlotte office focusing on both tenant and landlord representation. She previously worked as a broker at The Chambers Group in Charlotte from 2015-2019. She works with a number of national and regional retailers and restaurants including Taco Bell, Burlington Stores, Phenix Salon Suites, Woodie’s, and Circle K.   Additionally, she is experienced in working with national developers and REITs in identifying, negotiating and leasing new assets. 

 

Sarah is a native of Charlotte and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in economics. Outside of work she enjoys time with friends and family, scuba diving, travelling and spending time with her dog Gulliver.

Bob Stasiowski

Bob joined the Atlanta office in November 2019, bringing 20 plus years of retail real estate experience working with landlords, tenants and developers.  He started his career in retail real estate development for a publicly traded REIT working closely with national retailers on executing expansion strategies throughout the southeast and Midwest.  Through the years Bob has developed a unique skill set understanding client needs and delivering results. Bob specializes in landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions throughout Georgia and Alabama.

Bob is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and Kennesaw State University (MBA).  He resides in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife and dogs. Outside the office Bob enjoys fitness, great food and wine, fly fishing, Golf, and Atlanta United Soccer.  Bob is a supporter of The Giving Kitchen, Chattahoochee River Keeper and serves on a number of community boards.

Shelley Jordan Bell

Shelley brings to Atlantic 25 years of retail real estate experience in the Southeast. In her career, she has worked with numerous national and regional retailers/restaurants, developers, REITs, and property owners of all sizes.  Clients over the years on the tenant side include ULTA Beauty, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Skechers, Lowe’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, LA Fitness, TD Bank, Caribou Coffee, Mavis Tire, Belk, and others.  She has been fortunate to work with ULTA in Georgia and Alabama for over 20 years, and Michaels Arts & Crafts in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi for over 16 years.  On the landlord side, clients include Kimco, RPT Realty, SLATE, Global Net Lease, and many regional owners/developers.  She is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business and is also a certified Paralegal. Shelley has been awarded the Top 10 Retail Producer award in Atlanta six years and was a Top 10 CoStar Power Broker in 2023.

After growing up in Florida, Shelley moved to Atlanta where she has lived for more than 25 years.  In her free time, she enjoys family trips to the Gulf Coast of Florida, Braves baseball, FSU football, and watching her daughters play sports.  She is a member of the National Charity League-Dunwoody Chapter, and lives in Buckhead with her husband and twin daughters.

Reid Dillon

Reid joined Atlantic in 2019 as a broker in the Charlotte office after working at a staffing/recruiting firm in Charlotte. He specializes in site selection, excess property disposition, and market strategy for retailers and developers throughout the Carolinas. Reid also works closely with landlords to tactically lease second generation retail/restaurant space and ground up development sites.

Reid, a Charlotte native, graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville where he played tennis. Outside of work, Reid enjoys Carolina Panther football, tennis, and spending time with his family.

David Hoppe

David joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 as an Investment Advisor in the Charlotte office. Coming from previous jobs with three of the world’s largest real estate firms, David brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and best practices to Atlantic in order help our clients facilitate 1031/1033 tax-exchanges, advertise and sell Shopping Centers and Triple-Net (NNN) Assets, and conduct Sale-Leaseback transactions for private and institutional property owners. David’s clients include National & Regional Developers, High Net Worth Investors, Public REITs, and numerous Real Estate Funds & Partnerships.

David is a South Carolina native and a proud alumnus of Clemson University. He is an avid sports & fitness enthusiast, so much of his free time is spent working out at the gym, playing golf or basketball, and running local trails around the city. David currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Courtney, but his business extends nationwide with property sales over the last two years in NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, VA, TX, AZ, CO, and NV.

Sam Young

Sam joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 after serving as a Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group at  Cushman & Wakefield and previously co-founded a real estate firm focused exclusively on investment property sales. Sam has been brokering NNN Properties and Shopping Centers for more than 20 years. Sam brings extensive experience in marketing investment properties, structuring sale-leaseback transactions, representing private buyers in the acquisition of investment properties and facilitating 1031/1033 exchanges. Sam’s clients include Developers, Public REITS, High Net Worth Investors, Family Offices and Real Estate Funds & Partnerships.

Sam is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Away from the office, Sam is an avid outdoor enthusiast especially enjoying mountain biking, snow skiing, boating and traveling to off the beaten locales. Sam resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife Kimberly and their three children.

Will Bryson

Will relocated to California from Massachusetts in May of 2018 to join Atlantic’s growing Los Angeles office. Will started as an intern in the Atlantic Retail Boston office in 2012. Since making the move West, Will has worked on the California expansion of national retailers such as At Home, Bob’s Furniture, Learning Care Group, Calico Corners, Talbots, and Row House as well a few local restaurant groups. In addition, will works on behalf of both regional and institutional owners and developers throughout Southern California.

Will grew up in Charlestown, MA and graduated from The Governor’s Academy before attending The Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University where he received a degree in Finance. Will and his Wife Suzi, live in Hermosa Beach. When he gets the chance, Will enjoys getting out on the tennis court and golf course as well on the hockey rink to keep his Boston roots alive.

Jim Reuter

Jim joined Atlantic in 2016 as a Partner in the Los Angeles office. Since that time, he has worked on the LA Metro expansion of such retailers as Bob’s Furniture and At Home.  Jim specializes in junior anchor and big-box leasing throughout California and has extensive experience on the retailer side, having worked on the real estate department of retailers such as Kmart, Target and Safeway, and developers such as Westfield, Regency and Eastern Real Estate over the last 25+ years.

Away from the office, Jim enjoys mountain biking and hiking during summer and skiing in the winter, especially in Utah. Jim attended Oakland University and Wayne State Law School in the Detroit area. He moved to Los Angeles permanently in 2003 where he met his wife Coco.

Gloria Anselmo

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Gloria Anselmo has built a reputation for executing thoughtful, strategic leasing across retail assets throughout Florida. She currently represents both landlords and tenants, leading leasing efforts that drive traffic, strengthen merchandising mix, and enhance overall asset performance.  Earlier in her career, Gloria was part of a prominent development firm, where she played a key role in the merchandising and lease-up of shopping centers across South and West Florida. That experience laid the groundwork for her ability to position assets effectively, identify opportunity, and execute in competitive markets.

Over the course of her career, Gloria has overseen leasing for a diverse portfolio of shopping centers on behalf of both institutional owners and private developers. She is known for her strong market insight, disciplined approach to merchandising, and ability to curate tenant mixes that create long-term value.

In addition to her landlord representation work, Gloria has extensive tenant representation experience, working with national and regional brands including Shoe Show, the KnitWell Group (Ann Taylor, LOFT, Soma), Sara Campbell, Foxtail Coffee, and Nothing Bundt Cakes. Her experience on both sides of the deal allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline negotiations, and consistently deliver results for her clients.

Gloria is highly relationship-driven and has developed a trusted network of retailers, brokers, and ownership groups throughout the market. She is recognized for her ability to structure creative, market-driven transactions and uncover opportunities that elevate both the asset and the tenant experience.

When not at the office, Gloria loves to spend time with her husband and their children. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and an Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.

Sam Koonce

Sam joined Atlantic’s Boston office as an intern in 2010 and became a broker in 2013. For his first seven years at Atlantic, Sam focused on tenant and landlord advisory work. He handled the New England expansion for Target, Club Pilates, Cyclebar, Pure Barre and others. Sam also gained extensive project leasing experience on behalf of large property owners such as Kimco, Acadia, RD Management and Ares Management as well as working with local, independent landlords.

In 2020, Sam moved over to Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is now Vice President. He is responsible for providing advisory services for institutional and private owners across the East Coast as well as continuing to grow the Atlantic Capital Partners platform. Since the move, Sam has been involved in sales transactions totaling over $600M.

A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Sam attended Bentley University in Waltham, MA graduating in 2013 with an Economics and Finance degree. Away from the office, Sam enjoys traveling with family and friends as well as golfing and boating in the summer.
