Ben Gould

Ben joined Atlantic in 2022 as a broker in the Charlotte office. During his tenure, he has focused on both tenant and landlord representation. He works with numerous retailers throughout North and South Carolina and assists them in site selection and contract negotiation. Ben also works closely with single-tenant and grocery-anchored shopping center developers, handling site selection, excess land disposition, and outparcel and shop space leasing.

Ben graduated from Wofford College in 2021 and lives in Charlotte with his wife. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jack Lyman

Jack joined Atlantic Retail in 2021 following the merger with The Dartmouth Company. He specializes in advising national and regional retailers such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, Amazon, Five Guys, Honeygrow, Nothing Bundt Cakes, AT&T, Savers, and SweatHouz with market strategy, site selection, and expansion efforts. On the Landlord side, Jack works with institutional and private owners such as RD Management, Charles River Realty, CMI, Stonegate, and GID to drive portfolio leasing throughout New England.

Jack graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Originally from Westbrook, Connecticut, he now lives in Boston with his fiancée and their Goldendoodle, where he enjoys traveling, great food, skiing, collecting sneakers, and spending time with friends and family.

Osler Woltz

Osler joined Atlantic in 2022 as a broker in the Charlotte office. He has an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate, including experience in brokerage and property management.

At Atlantic, Osler focuses on landlord and tenant representation, assisting national, regional, and local clients. He also assists developers with site selection and land disposition. As a North Carolina native, Osler leverages his market knowledge to secure the best possible results for each of his clients.

Osler graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2016. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Carley, and their two golden retrievers.

Zach Powell

Zach joined Atlantic Retail in 2022 as a broker in the Orlando office. He is the second generation in his family to work in the commercial real estate industry and began his brokerage career with NAI Realvest Charles Wayne in Daytona Beach as well as Atlantic Retail’s West Palm Beach office. Zach established the basis of his experiences with a focus on Central and North Florida, where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Outside of the office, he spends time playing and recording music, surfing and enjoying the beach. He is excited about the opportunities Orlando offers as he continues to expand his networks.

 

 

Danielle Turpin

Danielle is an Associate on the Capital Markets team, where she specializes in shopping center investment sales across the Northeast. Before joining Atlantic, she was a part of the Institutional Advisory Team at McCall & Almy. Danielle holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of New Hampshire. She began her career in the Asset Services group at Cushman & Wakefield.

Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys being outdoors, hiking, skiing, and exploring the city. She is also actively involved with the Second Chance Ranch Rescue, a non-profit dog rescue organization, where she currently serves on the board.

Emily Sipes

Emily specializes in Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation across Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.  She began her real estate career with Pittsburgh-based Dick’s Sporting Goods where she worked on the new store development pipeline across the United States.  Over the past 10 years, Emily also managed the leasing and disposition of large regional portfolios including the Allegheny Health Network, the Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and the WestRidge Business & Retail Park.  Emily brings a broad range of experience transacting with both national and local tenants across real estate sectors.  Her clients include 7 Brew Coffee, Heartland Dental, Learning Care Group, Dollar General, pOpshelf, Brinker International, and Xponential Fitness.

Emily graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology and a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy Design.  She is an active member of Realty Resources and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Fred Victor

Fred is Executive Vice President for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for providing advisory services and overseeing transactional activity for the Capital Markets platform across the southeast.  Offering more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Fred’s extensive knowledge of asset valuation has resulted in the successful execution of retail transactions across core markets throughout the Southeast.  Prior to joining Atlantic, Fred was a Managing Director at Transwestern where he was involved with the disposition of shopping centers for both institutional and private clients across the southeast.  Fred earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and gained experience early in his career in property management and retail leasing before settling on shopping center dispositions.  An active industry leader, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Outside the office, Fred is an active supporter of C.U.R.E, Tophat Soccer and Triumph Youth Soccer Association where his daughter and son are active soccer players.

Andrew Sadowsky

Andrew specializes in the representation of retailers, restaurants, developers, and institutional property owners in the Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee markets. His areas of expertise include site selection, constant market research and analysis, and negotiations.

Andrew works with regional and national tenants which have included Jim N Nick’s BBQ, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, TD Bank, Caribou Coffee, Skechers, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and more. His relationships with Landlord’s has helped in executing tenant expansion strategies for existing and new clients.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Andrew worked at Franklin Street with a focus on project leasing a portfolio of 40+ properties in the Southeast.

Andrew is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and rooting for all things Philadelphia sports. He lives in the Dunwoody neighborhood with his wife, two boys, and daughter.

Sam Varsano

Sam joined the Atlantic team in 2021 as a Broker in the Boston office. Since then, has focused on expansion strategies for retailers such as Costco Wholesale, Life Time Fitness, Splash and Dash, Starbucks, EasyVet and Dollar General. In addition to his tenant representation efforts, Sam is actively engaged in a strategic disposition initiative with Macy’s which spans throughout the east coast. Other landlord clients include Simon, Darling Development, Hanover Company, The Flatley Company and various other well established property owners throughout New England.

Sam graduated from Union College in 2019 after matriculating from Pingree. He is originally from Marblehead and is currently a resident of Cambridge. Outside the office, you can find Sam on the squash court and spending times with friends and family.

Scott Giles

Scott Giles is a New Jersey native but, after moving to the Orlando area in 1993 and then to Jacksonville in 2012, considers himself a true Floridian. He’s been involved in commercial real estate since his graduation from Stetson University in 2004 with majors in Sports Management and Business Administration. In his position, Scott is responsible for developing strategic expansion plans, site selection, land acquisition and project representation for national and regional retailers and developers. His past experience encompasses site acquisition and disposition, tenant representation, and leasing. Prior to Atlantic Retail he worked with TSCG in the North Florida market. Scott has a passion for digging up deals that may not have been obvious upon first look.

Scott was a scholarship golfer while at Stetson University, but his real passions revolve around his wife Lauren, two boys Taylor and Drew, and coastal fishing.
