Scott Giles

Scott Giles is a New Jersey native but, after moving to the Orlando area in 1993 and then to Jacksonville in 2012, considers himself a true Floridian. He’s been involved in commercial real estate since his graduation from Stetson University in 2004 with majors in Sports Management and Business Administration. In his position, Scott is responsible for developing strategic expansion plans, site selection, land acquisition and project representation for national and regional retailers and developers. His past experience encompasses site acquisition and disposition, tenant representation, and leasing. Prior to Atlantic Retail he worked with TSCG in the North Florida market. Scott has a passion for digging up deals that may not have been obvious upon first look.

Scott was a scholarship golfer while at Stetson University, but his real passions revolve around his wife Lauren, two boys Taylor and Drew, and coastal fishing.

Nick Zarins

Nick joined Atlantic Retail as a broker in the West Palm Beach office in 2021. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Nick was an ARC (Assumable Rate Conversion) intern with South State Bank from June 2019 to June 2020 assisting the analysts. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Nick is a 2021 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance as well as a member of the rowing team.

Outside of the office, Nick enjoys surfing, spearfishing, sailing, and anything to do with the outdoors.

Colin Warren

Colin joined the Atlantic Retail team as a broker in the West Palm Beach Office in 2021 specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Since joining Atlantic, Colin has worked with numerous national retailers and restaurant concepts with expansion throughout Florida. Originally from Long Island, NY, Colin graduated from Saint Leo University in 2018 with an MBA and currently resides in Tequesta, FL.

Outside of the office, Colin enjoys playing golf, boating, and traveling.

Austin Knief

Austin joined Atlantic Retail’s NYC office in April 2021 after spending over six years on the leasing team at Thor Equities. During his time at Thor, Austin was responsible for the retail leasing of assets in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Houston, Atlanta, and Miami. He is passionate about learning new markets and finding new ways to collaborate.

Austin grew up in Westchester County and is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA. In his free time, Austin enjoys playing guitar, eating all of the delicious food NYC has to offer, and shamelessly cheering on the Yankees, Giants, Knicks, and Rangers.

Robert Fine

Rob joined Atlantic Retail in 2021 as a broker in the New York office focusing on both tenant and landlord representation in the suburban markets. He spent the early portion of his career working at Arthur Andersen and Mastercard. Between 2015 and 2020 he re-developed and re-tenanted the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center in Scarsdale, NY.  New tenants at the center include CVS, Starbucks, Chopt, Barry’s Bootcamp and Compass.

Rob is a native of Fairfield County and currently resides in Westchester County.  He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and an MS in Accounting/MBA from Northeastern University. Rob is married and has three boys.  Outside of work he enjoys skiing and hiking.

Kathy Ward-Darin

Kathy joined Atlantic Retail in January 2021 as a broker in the Atlanta office. Originally from Detroit, she is the third generation in her family to work in retail real estate. Kathy is focused on landlord representation having worked for owners including Brookfield Properties, Ramco Gershenson Properties Trust, and Olshan Properties, as well as on the brokerage side as the managing director of leasing for The Shopping Center Group in Florida.  In addition to third party leasing, she will also work with retailers and restaurants on their expansion throughout the Georgia and Alabama markets.

Spending the majority of her career focused on the Southeast, Kathy moved to Atlanta in 2019. She has a broad level of experience leasing Malls, Lifestyle, Power and Neighborhood Centers. Whether it is ground up development, remerchandising an existing center, or assisting a local mom-and-pop with a first location, she loves it all. Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys time with her family, her rescue dogs and exploring the Atlanta restaurant scene.

Colleen Morrissey

Colleen is a Broker in Atlantic’s Manhattan office with over 10 years of experience in retail brokerage. Colleen has extensive experience guiding national tenants in their expansion into new markets, and currently represents Life Time, Chipotle, PopStroke and DXL in the Tri-State area. Colleen has also represented some of New York’s top landlords including The Brodsky Organization, Jamestown, Greystar and Kin Properties in leasing a variety of boutique, residential and urban retail developments. Prior to joining The Dartmouth Company in 2019, and then Atlantic Retail, Colleen started at Colliers International in Atlanta as a member of the tenant-rep team consulting corporate brands locally and nationally.

Colleen grew up in the Washington, DC area and attended the University of Georgia. She spends her time outside of the office trying new restaurants, cheering on the Dawgs, and exploring the different neighborhoods of New York City.

Sophie Morrill

Sophie is a Broker who joined The Dartmouth Company in 2020 as a Brokerage Coordinator. Since her start in the real estate business, Sophie has developed strong relationships with notable national tenants, landowners, and landlords throughout New England.

Sophie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and the Environment from Sewanee, The University of the South, where she also played on the varsity golf team. Aside from golf, she enjoys hiking and biking throughout New England.

Travis Langhorst

Travis joined Atlantic Retail as a Broker in the West Palm Beach office in 2020, bringing over 8 years of experience in retail leasing throughout the State. He has strong experience in both tenant and landlord representation, having worked with numerous publicly traded real estate companies as well as private ownership groups and developers. Born and raised on the Treasure Coast of Florida, Travis is a graduate of Florida State University with a dual degree in Real Estate and Finance with a minor in Hospitality.

Outside the office, Travis enjoys surfing, traveling, snowboarding, camping and anything involving the ocean and the outdoors.

Ted Gildea

Ted started his real estate career at The Dartmouth Company in 2004. Since then, he has assisted Lowe’s Home Improvement, Lifetime Athletic, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, CarMax, Jo-Ann’s Fabrics, TopGolf, Rivian, and Tesla, among others, in their expansion efforts. He has worked on behalf of landlords and developers including The Related Companies, The Kraft Group, and Pembroke. Ted has a track record of uncovering off-market opportunities for his tenants in areas that typically have high barriers of entry for retailers. Ted is the co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ChainLinks, the #1 retail brokerage network in North America.

Ted is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross and holds a CIS from the University College-Cork, Ireland. He previously served as the vice-chair and treasurer of the Board of Trustees of City on a Hill Charter Public School in Roxbury, MA.  Ted resides in Acton, MA with his wife, daughter, and son.
