Andrew specializes in the representation of retailers, restaurants, developers, and institutional property owners in the Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee markets. Andrew works with regional and national tenants such as TD Bank, Jim N Nick’s BBQ, Mavis Tire, and more. His areas of expertise include site selection, market analysis, strategic property marketing, executing acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions. Prior to joining Atlantic, Andrew worked at Franklin Street with a focus on project leasing a portfolio of 40+ properties in Georgia.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, a competitive golf match, and rooting for all things Philadelphia sports. He lives in the Dunwoody neighborhood with his wife and two boys.
