Bryan Anderson

Bryan has been with Atlantic from the beginning, having interned during college and joining the company full time in 1992 following graduation. In the 32 years since, Bryan has worked with numerous retailers in both their expansion and disposition programs throughout the country. As a result of his many national relationships, Bryan has been directly responsible for the expansion of Atlantic from its New England roots to nine offices nationwide over the past 20 years.

Away from the office, Bryan enjoys golfing, fishing, skiing, and any and all travel. Bryan attended The Roxbury Latin School, where he currently serves as a Trustee, and then graduated from Tufts University. He lives in Westwood, MA with his wife April and their three children.

Brian Roache

Brian joined Atlantic in 2003, bringing with him both a strong sales background and a lifelong connection to real estate that began with his first job as a land surveyor. Over the past two decades, he has partnered with leading retailers including Target, CVS, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Stop & Shop, Home Depot and The Gardner School, supporting their New England expansions, project leasing, and portfolio dispositions. He has also advised prominent developers such as RD Management on strategic leasing initiatives.

In 2016, Brian was named Atlantic’s Managing Director, a national leadership role in which he oversees brokerage and marketing across ten offices. During his tenure, Atlantic has nearly tripled in size and added new business lines. Drawing on his years of transaction experience, he works to align Atlantic’s business units and position the firm for sustained growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys travelling with family, as well as hiking and skiing. A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Brian earned his degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY, where he met his wife, Julie. Since 2007, they have lived in North Andover, MA with their two children. In 2023, Brian was elected to the North Andover Selectboard, a position he hopes to continue (if the voters will have him…)
