Atlantic Retail announced Adam Cirel and Lindsey Sandell as Partners of the company.
Adam has spent his entire brokerage career at Atlantic, joining the firm in 2004. During his time at Atlantic, Adam has excelled in all aspects of retail brokerage with a diverse client base developed over years of successful performance. He has been integral to the rollout of several expansion programs including Petco, Chase Bank, Sherwin Williams, Hair Cuttery, TD Bank, and Chili’s. Additionally, Adam has become one of the top leasing brokers in Greater Boston through his diligence on behalf of clients such as Crosspoint Associates, Benderson Development, Madison Properties, Ann & Hope, The Growth Companies, and The D’Amante Companies.

Lindsey Sandell began her brokerage career at The Dartmouth Company in early 2013 and joined Atlantic in the company consolidation in late 2020. With a focus on providing leasing and transaction expertise to landlords and tenants in Boston and its surrounding neighborhoods, she will join Ben Ravelson as a Partner in Atlantic’s Urban division. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Lindsey was on the acquisitions team at Acadia Realty Trust in New York where she sourced, analyzed, and closed various investment opportunities. In Boston, she has led several retail expansion efforts for groups such as Blue Bottle Coffee, Boston Market and Barry’s Bootcamp and has been an advisor to landlords such as Pembroke, Gazit Horizons, Linear Retail, and GID.
