Atlantic Retail announced today that we have named Jim Bagley as a Partner of the firm.
Jim has spent much of his lengthy brokerage career at Atlantic, joining the firm in 2001. Prior to that, Jim had worked in brokerage at Fameco in Philadelphia and then Spaulding & Slye when he relocated home to Boston before landing at Atlantic. Jim has established himself as an effective dealmaker, communicator, and advocate for his clients. He has led several retail market expansions in New England including Chipotle, Five Below, Chick-Fil-A, Duluth Trading, and AFC Urgent Care. Jim has also excelled on behalf of landlord and developer clients such as Saxon Development and National Development.
