Atlantic Retail announced today that Scott Giles has joined our Orlando office as a Senior Broker.
In his position, Scott will be responsible for developing strategic expansion plans, site selection, land acquisition and project representation for national and regional retailers and developers. “I’m really excited to join a growing office and reunite with John & Mara. I’ve known Atlantic for years and appreciate the value this platform will bring to my clients,” said Scott.
Having been involved in commercial real estate since his graduation from Stetson University in 2004, he developed a passion for digging up deals that may not have been obvious upon first look. “Scott has a demonstrated record of performance on behalf of his clients. We’re really looking forward to further collaboration and strengthening our presence in North and Central Florida,” said John Dottore, Partner. Prior to Atlantic Retail, Scott worked with The Shopping Center Group and brings with him experience in site acquisition and disposition, tenant representation, and leasing in the Central and North Florida markets.
Scott hails from New Jersey but, after moving to the Orlando area in 1993 and then to Jacksonville in 2012, considers himself a true Floridian. He can be reached at [email protected].
