Atlantic Retail announced today that we have formed a new division, Atlantic Corporate Services (ACS), to further enhance our client offerings throughout the United States.
The venture will be led by three new partners, Shan Gastineau, Katie Elliott, and Tyler Vining. The trio join the Atlantic Retail platform by way of Northmarq following its acquisition of Stan Johnson Company. The mission of ACS will be to provide corporate real estate advisory services to occupiers of real estate, primarily retailers and their supply chain. The team specializes in portfolio optimization, lease restructuring, sale/leasebacks, financial analysis, and market research for retailers and supply chain operators throughout the United States.

The new office will be located in Atlanta and will offer advisory services to companies nationwide. They expect to quickly expand their team to meet the needs of their existing and growing client base.
