Atlantic Retail is pleased to announce today that we have named Matthew Lynch of our West Palm Beach office as a Principal of the firm.
Matt has spent his entire brokerage career at Atlantic Retail, joining the firm in 2013 after relocating to Florida from the Boston area. Over the past 10 years, Matt has developed into a leading retail broker in Florida through extensive market knowledge and fostering valuable client relationships across the industry. He has built a diverse advisory practice comprised of best-in-class national retail tenants and project leasing expertise. Matt’s notable retail clients include First Watch Cafe, Planet Fitness, Heartland Dental, Verizon Wireless, and ABC Fine Wine and Spirits. He has also worked on the behalf of landlords and developers including WMG Development, Brightwork Development, and The Benchmark Group.
