News Atlantic Relocates Boston Headquarters

We're making a return to Boston with a move back to our company's retail roots.

After more than seven years of suburbia, Atlantic Retail is making a return to Boston with a literal move back to the company’s retail roots. Atlantic is now occupying the former Hairu Restaurant (formerly Dick’s Last Resort for us old-timers) at the Huntington Ave ground floor level of Boston’s Prudential Center. A move into a former restaurant highlights what we are seeing with our clients every day: an evolving landscape of potential occupiers for retail space.

From a practical standpoint, the move is the final chapter in Atlantic’s consolidation with the Dartmouth Company. With much of the industry figuring out things like remote work, our teams have been physically separated for much of the last year as we awaited the opening of our new space. Now with more than 11,000 SF in a central location, our teams will be best positioned to realize their full combined potential for collaboration, idea sharing, and team building.
