Atlantic Retail, a full-service retail brokerage firm representing major retailers, property owners, and investors in the Eastern US and Southern California, announced today that it has named Michael Alberico and Patrick Gallagher as Principals of the firm.
Mike has spent much of his brokerage career at Atlantic’s Boston office, having joined the firm in early 2014. While Mike has a breadth of experience in all types of real estate, he has particularly excelled in the acquisition of land for development, most prominently on behalf of his long-time client Dollar General. Over the last decade, Mike has completed deals in markets many retail brokers have never heard of, let alone worked in. His diligence on behalf of Dollar General has made him an indispensable part of their team.

Since joining Atlantic in 2012, Pat Gallagher has quietly gone about supporting a wide range of clients including Jersey Mike’s, Starbucks, Party City, SITE Centers, Xponential Fitness. With Jersey Mike’s in particular, Pat has completed more than 60 new store locations with 15 different franchisees since 2015 throughout New England. This experience has helped Pat secure additional franchisee requirements, most notably, Dave’s Hot Chicken.
