As the exclusive broker for At Home in Southern California, Atlantic Retail is excited to announce the opening of the retailer’s newest Southern California locations in Lake Forest and Riverside. These represent the first Los Angeles area locations for At Home, a Plano, Texas-based retailer with over 200 stores providing their customers a broad and comprehensive offering and a compelling value proposition, making it the leading destination for home décor.
This 84,766 SF Lake Forest store is located in Foothill Ranch Towne Centre at 26532 Town Centre Drive Lake Forest, CA along with Walmart and Regal Cinemas. The Riverside location is 87,735 SF and located at the Valley Gateway shopping center at 2663 Canyon Springs Parkway, Riverside, CA. These locations represent the initial opening of stores for At Home as it seeks to expand its footprint on the West Coast. The At Home stores will range in size from approximately 84,000 SF to over 120,000 SF.
This transaction also represents the third new store Atlantic has handled for At Home nationally as our West Palm Beach office recently led the retailer’s growth into South Florida.
