Atlantic Retail is pleased to announce the addition of Fred Victor as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets in Atlanta. He has specialized in the disposition and advisory of retail assets across the Southeast for the past 15 years and has been in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. In addition to enhancing Atlantic’s Capital Markets team, he will collaborate with Atlantic’s leasing platform to offer a comprehensive client experience.
Fred joins Atlantic from Transwestern where he was a Managing Director in the firm’s Atlanta office, responsible for coordinating retail investment sales throughout the country. His transaction resume reflects representation of retail owners nationwide including pension fund advisors, private equity funds, REITs, developers, and private high net worth individuals.
Atlantic’s unified team of retail advisors across the country were a key driver in Fred’s decision to join the firm. “Joining one of the best retail platforms and being offered the opportunity to expand on the already impressive Capital Markets group was a compelling attraction,” Fred said. “The synergy between leasing expertise and institutional transactional experience at Atlantic Retail offers our clients a fluid transactional experience.”

Fred earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
