Atlantic Retail announced today that we have named Robert “Robey” Spratt as a Principal of the firm.
Robey has spent his entire brokerage career at Atlantic, joining the firm in 2015. During his time at Atlantic, Robey has developed himself into one of the leading retail brokers, not only in our office but throughout the Carolinas. He has demonstrated a mastery of all aspects of retail brokerage with a diverse client base comprising some of the region’s most active retailers and developers. He has played a critical role in the rollout of several expansion programs including Charter Communications, Clean Juice, Heartland Dental, and Pivot Physical Therapy. Robey has also excelled on behalf of landlord and developer clients such as AR Global, WMG Development, and Magnolia Property Group.
