Bio
Michael joined Atlantic in 2014 after 6 previous years in the business. During his career, he has worked with both national retailers, developers and local franchisees throughout New England. Michael is currently responsible for the roll-out of Dollar General stores in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Along with Dollar General Michael also assists Great Clips and all their franchisees throughout northeastern New England and Lapels and all their franchisees throughout all of New England. Working with both Great Clips and Lapels locally, Michael has been able to secure assignments for other Atlantic offices and other offices in our national brokerage network.
Michael was born and raised in New England with a short visit to Tampa, Florida where he attended the University of Tampa. While at UT Michael played on the golf team all four years and was elected Captain his senior year. He currently lives in Walpole, MA with his wife Lindsay and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, boating and traveling.

Bryan has been with Atlantic from the beginning, having interned during college and joining the company full time in 1992 following graduation. In the 32 years since, Bryan has worked with numerous retailers in both their expansion and disposition programs throughout the country. As a result of his many national relationships, Bryan has been directly responsible for the expansion of Atlantic from its New England roots to nine offices nationwide over the past 20 years.
Away from the office, Bryan enjoys golfing, fishing, skiing, and any and all travel. Bryan attended The Roxbury Latin School, where he currently serves as a Trustee, and then graduated from Tufts University. He lives in Westwood, MA with his wife April and their three children.

Matt joined Atlantic in 2024 where he currently focuses on assisting national and regional tenants with their expansion throughout the Northeast. Matt specializes in identifying and acquiring off-market sites for future development opportunities, he enjoys getting out on the road and exploring the many retail markets of New England. Matt also works with landlords, helping them in the leasing or selling of their properties.
Matt grew up in Farmington, CT and graduated from the University of Rhode Island. Away from his desk, Matt enjoys golfing when it’s warm, snowboarding when it’s cold, and hanging with family and friends.

Gloria joined Atlantic Retail in 2015 as a broker in the Southeast office. Prior to joining Atlantic, she worked for a large commercial developer and handled the leasing for shopping centers in South and West Florida. Gloria brings her experience and knowledge of transacting with nationals, franchises, and local tenants to her current owner and developer clients throughout the state. In addition, she does tenant representation for retailers such as Ann Taylor, Veterinary Emergency Group, Calico, Toi Spa and The Kebab Shop.
When not at the office, Gloria loves to spend time with her husband and their children. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and an Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.

Louis joined Atlantic Retail at the start of 2024, bringing with him over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Upon graduating from Champlain College (Burlington, VT) in 2007, Louis began his career in the industry at Largo Capital. After 7 years as an analyst and originator at the commercial mortgage banking firm, he joined First Columbia, one of the Capital Region’s largest developers. In 2019, Louis became a full-time broker at Trinity Realty Group where he quickly became a tenant rep. for numerous national retailers. Louis’s career experiences include underwriting, lending, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, acquisitions, and development.
On the weekends, you can find Louis with his wife Liz and their dog Raspberry (Raz) in the highest peaks of Upstate NY, hiking, skiing, and fly fishing.

Kyle joined Atlantic in 2021 as one of the marketing coordinators for the Florida office. Born and raised in Long Island, NY, Kyle is a graduate from New York Institute of technology where he received his bachelor’s degree in fine arts. After working in NY developing his skills in design and experiencing a very cold winter, Kyle decided to move to sunny Florida to be closer to his family.
Born and raised in long island NY, Kyle is now a short drive from his family. Away from the office, Kyle enjoys hiking, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing watching movies.

Matt joined Atlantic Capital Partners in June of 2023 as a Financial Analyst. He supports the team through market analysis, property valuation, and marketing efforts. Matt brings valuable investment and real estate knowledge as well as a strong work ethic to the team.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, where he was also a four-year member of the varsity Ski Team. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys skiing, golf and exploring the city of Boston.

Jim arrived at Atlantic in 2001 after working on the retail brokerage team at Spaulding & Slye. His brokerage career began in Philadelphia at Fameco, now part of CBRE. Over the years he has implemented expansion strategies for numerous tenants including Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Petco, Five Below and AFC Urgent Care. In addition, he has handled surplus property disposition nationally for Best Buy and Office Depot. Jim is responsible for the leasing of urban and suburban properties such as Longwood Center, Boston and Colony Place, Plymouth.
In late 2023, Jim was named an Atlantic Partner. He enjoys attending New England Patriots games, boating and the beaches of Cape Cod. He lives in Winchester with his wife, Andria and son.

Tre Bailey was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC. He attended the College of Charleston where he received his BA in Studio Art and while ending his academic career at the Savannah College of Art and Design receiving an MA in Illustration. Tre has gained experience in just about every area of art including design, freelance and commission work.
As much as Tre loves being an independent artist he enjoys being part of a productive team that provides exceptional services for others. When Tre isn’t at work he enjoys drawing, playing video games with friends, being around loved ones and filling up his Amazon cart.

Shelley brings to Atlantic 25 years of retail real estate experience in the Southeast. In her career, she has worked with numerous national and regional retailers/restaurants, developers, REITs, and property owners of all sizes. Clients over the years on the tenant side include ULTA Beauty, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Skechers, Lowe’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, LA Fitness, TD Bank, Jim ‘N Nick’s BBQ, Caribou Coffee, Mavis Tire, Belk, and others. She has been fortunate to work with ULTA in Georgia and Alabama for over 20 years, and Michaels Arts & Crafts in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi for over 16 years. On the landlord side, clients include Kimco, RPT Realty, SLATE, Global Net Lease, and many regional owners/developers. She is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business and is also a certified Paralegal. Shelley has been awarded the Top 10 Retail Producer award in Atlanta six years and was a Top 10 CoStar Power Broker in 2023.
After growing up in Florida, Shelley moved to Atlanta where she has lived for more than 25 years. In her free time, she enjoys family trips to the Gulf Coast of Florida, Braves baseball, FSU football, and watching her daughters play sports. She is a member of the National Charity League-Dunwoody Chapter, and lives in Buckhead with her husband and twin daughters.

Scott Black, a Partner at Atlantic Retail, has been in real estate for 30+ years. Scott works in all facets of retail brokerage from tenant representation to landlord representation and the investment division. Scott has worked with many emerging brands and Scott’s career has been built working with large format retails such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Whole Foods Market, Kohls, Topgolf, and others. His focus also extends to landlord representation with leasing work for National Development, RPAI, Federal Realty, Carpionato Group, and others. Scott is currently involved with the disposition of various Sears properties as well as Neiman Marcus in Natick.
Scott graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in finance/marketing. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and travelling. Scott lives in Newton, MA with his wife and daughter.

Specializing in property and asset management, Chad’s experience spans throughout all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: property investment & redevelopment, facilities & construction management, brokerage and sustainability practices. Over his career, Chad has negotiated hundreds of leases and participated in both the disposition and acquisition of properties nationally. Jake joined Atlantic Retail in 2024. On the Boston Urban team, Jake focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining Atlantic, Jake worked at Radius Financial Group where he focused on commercial real estate lending and business insurance. Prior to his time at Radius, he worked at Compass on the Metro West Team.
Jake graduated from Roger Williams University in 2023, where he earned a degree in marketing and communications and was an active member on the men’s golf team. Originally from Duxbury, he now resides in South Boston. Outside of the office, you can find Jake on the golf course and spending time with family and friends.

Will relocated to California from Massachusetts in May of 2018 to join Atlantic’s growing Los Angeles office. Will started as an intern in the Atlantic Retail Boston office in 2012. Since making the move West, Will has worked on the California expansion of national retailers such as At Home, Bob’s Furniture, Learning Care Group, Calico Corners, Talbots, and Row House as well a few local restaurant groups. In addition, will works on behalf of both regional and institutional owners and developers throughout Southern California.
Will grew up in Charlestown, MA and graduated from The Governor’s Academy before attending The Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University where he received a degree in Finance. Will and his Wife Suzi, live in Hermosa Beach. When he gets the chance, Will enjoys getting out on the tennis court and golf course as well on the hockey rink to keep his Boston roots alive.

Alison Burnside has been in real estate since college, when she began interning at The Dartmouth Company in 2003. Alison works out of the Albany, New York office covering Upstate New York and the Hudson Valley, as well as portions of Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Northern New Jersey. She grew up in Hudson, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where she graduated with a BA in Marketing & Communications. Kelly was also a member of the OSU Waterski Team and has enjoyed slalom skiing since she was a child spending her summers at their lake house in Michigan. Upon graduating from OSU, Kelly took a job as Marketing & Events Manager for a publishing company in Boston and has been living in Massachusetts ever since.
She currently resides in Medfield with her three children and in her free time enjoys cooking, cheering on the Buckeyes, and vacationing at Newfound Lake, NH with her family.

Ami grew up in a large family in Buffalo, NY and was always interested in the family’s commercial real estate business. She moved to Boston in 1985, received her BS from Boston University and began her career at The Triad Group where she worked for 16 years specializing in tenant representation. In 2004, she joined The Dartmouth Company continuing to focus on tenant representation throughout New England. Over the past 30 years, Ami has built close relationships with landlords and tenants.
Ami resides in Brookline with her husband and three children. She is an avid Buffalo Bills fan, and enjoys sporting events, watching movies, and travelling with her family. Ami is also on the Trust Board for Boston Children’s Hospital.

Adam joined Atlantic in July of 2004 as a Broker in the Boston office. Since that time, he has worked throughout New England representing both tenants as well as Landlords and Developers. Adam has worked on the expansion strategies for retailers such as Petco, Chase Bank, Sherwin Williams, Advance Auto Parts, Chili’s, and Hair Cuttery. In recent years, Adam has established himself as a leading leasing broker in Greater Boston through his diligent work on behalf of owners such as Crosspoint Associates, Benderson Development, Madison Properties, The D’Amante Companies, KGI Properties, The Growth Companies, Ann & Hope, National Development, Eclipse Management, City Real Estate Development Corp and Haynes Management.
In late 2015, Adam was named a Principal of Atlantic and in late 2020 Adam became a Partner.
Adam attended Indiana University where he graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2001. While not at work, Adam can be found spending time with his wife and two children in their hometown of Newton, MA.

Evan joined Atlantic Retail in 2015 and specializes in tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City and the surrounding suburbs. Notably, Evan has lead the expansion of Spear Physical Therapy from 15 locations to over 60 and counting throughout Metro New York; helped Snipes enter the US market with over 15 transactions, and has completed transactions on behalf of Boggi Milano, The Shade Store, Carl Hansen & Son, Ject and State & Liberty to name a few.
On the landlord side, Evan was instrumental in leasing L3 Capital’s Williamsburg portfolio completing transactions with Hermes, Nike, Catbird, Brooklinen and Brilliant Earth. Other landlord clients include Jamestown, Brodsky Organization, Hines, Atlas Capital, Acadia Realty Trust and Avery Hall Investments.
From the Boston area originally, Evan currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and enjoys tennis, squash, basketball and long neighborhood walks in his free time.

William joined Atlantic Retail in 2024, bringing with him over 7 years of commercial real estate experience. His background runs the gamut of the commercial real estate industry from his internship days working for two retail brokers while in college, to working in the property management sector, and a local bank in commercial real estate underwriting. In 2019, William became a full-time broker with a focus on retail landlord representation and tenant representation in Western and Central Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia working with clients such as MSP Development, Dollar General and Tractor Supply.
William Grew up just outside of Pittsburgh and attended Drexel University in Philadelphia where he studied finance/real estate and construction. Away from work, William enjoys skiing, golf, and the occasional dad joke. He currently lives in the City of Pittsburgh with his Fiancé and dog (Harper).

Peter Considine has been working with the Dartmouth Company since 2004 managing relationships with national and regional retailers and institutional landlords. Peter’s experience in the retail markets throughout New England is vast – completing several transactions and assignments in each of the New England States. Currently, Peter is focusing his efforts and expertise on integrating retail into mixed-use environments and strategic consulting projects for retailers and land owners.
Peter exclusively works with retailers and landlord’s including Dick’s Sporting Goods, People’s United Bank, Capital One Bank, Macy’s, Core Investments, and National Amusements, Inc. Peter has significant experience in land assemblage, site identification, and deal negotiation. He is particularly focused on long-term strategic planning for growing retailers and property owners. Leslie has been in Commercial Real Estate for over 18 years. She works on shopping center portfolios and new development projects of various types – large portfolios, individual shopping centers, and mixed-use developments which are becoming a strong growth pattern in several markets/communities. Leslie enjoys working to keep her clients portfolios vitalized with a great synergy in their tenant mix along with long term vision, planning for future changes in the retail environment and asset profitability. In recent years, she has added some tenant representation to the mix. She enjoys working with national and regional tenants as well as helping new and local start-ups navigate through the leasing process.
A Massachusetts native, outside of work Leslie loves traveling and beach time at the Cape with her family which includes biking, paddleboarding, clamming, and pickleball.

Roy joined Atlantic in 2011 as a broker and was promoted to Managing Partner of the Charlotte office in 2012.
He oversees the brokerage activity in the region and has been active with the expansion of notable retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Abra Auto Body and Glass, Fitness Connection, Mattress Firm, Chopt Salad Company, and Heartland Dental. He has owned and operated several retail businesses, so he is uniquely qualified to advise other retail businesses on expansion and strategy.

Reid joined Atlantic in 2019 as a broker in the Charlotte office after working at a staffing/recruiting firm in Charlotte. He specializes in site selection, excess property disposition, and market strategy for retailers and developers throughout the Carolinas. Reid also works closely with landlords to tactically lease second generation retail/restaurant space and ground up development sites.
Reid, a Charlotte native, graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville where he played tennis. Outside of work, Reid enjoys Carolina Panther football, tennis, and spending time with his family.

John joined Atlantic Retail in 2020 to open its Orlando office. Prior to joining Atlantic, John was with The Shopping Center Group for 20 years and was the Florida Operating Partner for 15 years. His brokerage activities focus on strategic planning and implementation of expansion programs for national retail and restaurant chains throughout North, Central, and West Florida. John is frequently recognized for his innovation and creativity in finding new ways to present and communicate unique local market data to his clients through extensive use and knowledge of GIS mapping and market research. John started his career in retail brokerage in Orlando in 1989 immediately after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Marketing.
Away from the office, John can be found on the golf course, enjoying music on his high end tube audio system, or spending time with his wife, Lisa, and dogs, Petunia and Alison, at the beach.

Teddy joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2024 as an Associate in the Atlanta office where he is responsible for aiding in the advancement of the Capital Markets Platform throughout the Southeast. Teddy focuses on dispositions and acquisitions advisory for single and multi-tenant retail properties.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Teddy was a Senior Analyst/Brokerage Associate at Transwestern where he handled all aspects of underwriting and valuing investments as well as assisting in the marketing and negotiating the sale of a wide variety of assets including retail, industrial, office, multifamily and land around Metro Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. Teddy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Teddy earned his Master’s Degree from Georgia State University in Commercial Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College. Outside of the office, Teddy currently serves on the Executive Board of the Real Estate Alumni Association for Georgia State University (Area GSU). She provides marketing and graphic design support, including the creation of property brochures, aerials, maps, tour books, email blasts, and other general marketing materials.

Katie provides corporate advisory services to retail and industrial clients throughout the United States via lease restructuring and sale leaseback programs. Utilizing a proactive approach, Katie helps clients evaluate real estate portfolios to reduce costs or monetize assets. Prior to co-founding Atlantic Corporate Services, Katie worked at both JLL and Northmarq via the Stan Johnson acquisition representing corporate occupiers, private equity firms, institutions and family offices in lease negotiations and capital markets transactions.
Katie received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia and completed her MBA from Universidad Pontificia Comillas located in Madrid, Spain. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Katie worked at Smithsonian Magazine and served as a volunteer in community health development with the Peace Corps in Guyana, South America. When Katie is not working, you will find her camping with her husband and two daughters or cheering on Atlanta United.

Glenda joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 as Operations Coordinator, assisting the COO with day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Glenda worked for a national office supplies superstore headquartered in Massachusetts, working closely with and supporting the Real Estate team, drafting leasing documents and working with the Legal team.
Raised in New England, Glenda currently lives in the Greater Boston area, received her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and was a member of the Northeastern Women’s Track Team. Glenda enjoys time with her daughter and son, and spending her summer weekends at Lake Winnipesaukee, kayaking, hiking, and playing beach volleyball with friends.

Pat joined Atlantic’s Boston office as a broker in 2012. Since then he has worked on the New England expansion of national retail tenants such as Party City, Dollar General, and Starbucks. On the leasing side, Pat has worked with REITs such as Regency, Brixmor, and Kimco in addition to his work with local and independent real estate owners. Pat’s diverse experience allows him to efficiently service a variety of clients to meet their real estate goals.
A Massachusetts native, Pat graduated from the Rivers School before attending St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. Away from the office Pat enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on his golf game.

Rob joined Atlantic Retail in 2021 as a broker in the New York office focusing on both tenant and landlord representation in the suburban markets. He spent the early portion of his career working at Arthur Andersen and Mastercard. Between 2015 and 2020 he re-developed and re-tenanted the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center in Scarsdale, NY. New tenants at the center include CVS, Starbucks, Chopt, Barry’s Bootcamp and Compass.
Rob is a native of Fairfield County and currently resides in Westchester County. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and an MS in Accounting/MBA from Northeastern University. Rob is married and has three boys. Outside of work he enjoys skiing and hiking.

In his role with Atlantic Corporate Services, Shan provides clients with expertise in lease restructuring and global access to capital that helps corporate real estate occupiers optimize economics and maximize asset value.
Shan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Latin Classics from Georgia State University and enjoys participating in various organizations outside of work. He was a long-time member of the Board at the Atlanta Mission, a ministry serving those experiencing homelessness; he founded M’AIDEZ 22, a non-profit helping adults with special needs; and is actively involved with LeaderImpact, an organization working with business leaders across the world.

Ted started his real estate career at The Dartmouth Company in 2004. Since then, he has assisted Lowe’s Home Improvement, Lifetime Athletic, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, CarMax, Jo-Ann’s Fabrics, TopGolf, Rivian, and Tesla, among others, in their expansion efforts. He has worked on behalf of landlords and developers including The Related Companies, The Kraft Group, and Pembroke. Ted has a track record of uncovering off-market opportunities for his tenants in areas that typically have high barriers of entry for retailers. Ted is the co-chairman of the Board of Directors of ChainLinks, the largest retail brokerage network in North America.
Ted is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross and holds a CIS from the University College-Cork, Ireland. He serves as the vice-chair and treasurer of the Board of Trustees of City on a Hill Charter Public School in Roxbury, MA. Ted resides in Acton, MA with his wife and daughter. Scott Giles is a New Jersey native but, after moving to the Orlando area in 1993 and then to Jacksonville in 2012, considers himself a true Floridian. He’s been involved in commercial real estate since his graduation from Stetson University in 2004 with majors in Sports Management and Business Administration. In his position, Scott is responsible for developing strategic expansion plans, site selection, land acquisition and project representation for national and regional retailers and developers. His past experience encompasses site acquisition and disposition, tenant representation, and leasing. Prior to Atlantic Retail he worked with TSCG in the North Florida market. Scott has a passion for digging up deals that may not have been obvious upon first look.
Scott was a scholarship golfer while at Stetson University, but his real passions revolve around his wife Lauren, two boys Taylor and Drew, and coastal fishing.

Greg was born and raised in the Greater Boston area. He left Boston for Washington, D.C. where he graduated from Georgetown University. Greg and his wife, Kate, live in Palm Beach Gardens with their two children. They enjoy the outdoors, boating, golfing and skiing.

Tom relocated to Florida from Massachusetts in 2003 and was instrumental in opening the Southeast Regional Office. Tom has assisted numerous national retailers and restaurant concepts with their expansion throughout Florida and most of the Southeastern United States. In 2012, Tom became Partner at Atlantic Retail and currently focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation.
Outside of the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and three children boating and golfing in Florida and the Bahamas. When he is not on the water or golf course, he enjoys watching his son and two daughters play lacrosse. Tom graduated from the Carrol School of Management at Boston College and commenced his career in the commercial real estate industry shortly thereafter.

Ben joined Atlantic in 2022 as an associate broker in the Charlotte office. Prior to joining Atlantic, he participated in a professional leadership development program in Charlottesville, VA for recent college graduates. While in Virginia, Ben was involved with a non-profit called Abundant Life that pairs elementary-age students with a tutor. At Atlantic, Ben supports the brokers in the Charlotte office by pursuing on and off-market sites while also providing market research.
Ben graduated from Wofford College in 2021 with a degree in Humanities and a minor in Government. Outside of work, Ben enjoys golf, fly-fishing, music, and spending time with his friends and family.

Danny Griffin joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2023 as a Vice President in the Boston office where he is responsible for advancing the Capital Markets platform along the East Coast. Danny specializes in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of net leased properties throughout the U.S., including disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback, and portfolio analysis. He works with a wide range of clients including private investors, family offices, private equity groups, merchant developers, public and privately-held REITS, and institutional and offshore capital.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Danny was an Investment Sales Broker at SRS Real Estate Partners where he helped build out their National Net Lease Group’s Boston office. Over the course of his career, Danny has executed over $400 million in transaction value across 18 states. He has experience selling a wide array of asset classes including single and multi-tenanted retail, mixed-use, industrial, medical, office, self-storage and more. As an active industry professional, he is on the Real Estate Finance Association’s (REFA) Emerging Leaders Committee and a member of the Commercial Brokerage Association (CBA).
Outside of the office, Danny currently serves as a Director on the American Cancer Society’s Young Professionals board. He also serves as an ambassador for the Corey C. Griffin foundation. Danny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Providence College. Since that time, he has worked with a number of national and regional retailers and restaurants including Chase Bank, McDonalds, CorePower Yoga, Petco, Talbots, First Watch, Bloomin Brands, Jim N Nicks, Dollar Tree, Centerwell, and Taco Bell.
A lifelong resident of the Carolinas, Micah’s market knowledge and transaction experience coupled with a strong attention to detail allow him to create and execute multi-market strategies for his clients.

Garrick joined Atlantic in 2010 with the opening of the Pittsburgh office. At Atlantic, he has concentrated on tenant representation and leasing in the eastern United States with a focus on the Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia region. He has worked with tenants such as Burlington, Charming Charlie, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Jo-Ann Stores, Nordstrom Rack, Petco, and Talbots. Garrick has represented landlords such as The Kroenke Group, Pebb Enterprises, and PREIT. Prior to joining Atlantic, he spent time as a consultant in real estate market research and was with Dick’s Sporting Goods in both a market research capacity and in real estate.
Garrick grew up in the Cincinnati, OH area and earned a BA from Miami University (OH) and an MBA from Robert Morris University. He worked in Detroit, MI as a real estate consultant for many retail companies and municipalities before moving to Pittsburgh, PA in 2001 to join Dick’s Sporting Goods. Away from work, Garrick enjoys hockey and is an avid home brewer. He and his wife, Kristin, have three kids and live in the south hills of Pittsburgh.

Mollie graduated from Northeastern University in 2023 with a bachelor’s in graphic design and a minor in global fashion studies. She graduated May 7th in Fenway Park then had her first day at Atlantic on May 8th. During her time at Northeastern she completed three co-ops at the Northeastern Sign shop, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and McGuffin Creative group.

Stephen Joseph is the head of the Debt Advisory group for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for arranging debt and equity placement included construction financings, permanent and bridge financings and joint-venture equity placements. Stephen specializes in developing asset-specific business plans for value creation and providing customized lending solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients.
Stephen has over 10 years of transactional experience working for some of the top investment firms, developers, mortgage brokers and investment sales teams in the greater New York Metro including CBRE and HFF. Most recently, he led all acquisitions activity for First National Realty Partners in the western United States and New England where he originated $300 million in grocery anchored retail acquisitions.
Stephen received his BA in Economics from Lehigh University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He lives in Morris Plains, NJ with his wife and son and enjoys golf, hiking and spending time with his family at the Jersey shore.

These include more than 20 properties in the Inland Western REIT portfolio the leasing for the 600,000 SF Dowling Village power center in North Smithfield, RI on behalf of Bucci Development.
Away from the office, Chris enjoys fishing, coaching lacrosse & basketball for his two oldest daughters and spending time at Cape Cod in the summer. Sam joined Atlantic’s Boston office as an intern in 2010 and became a broker in 2013. For his first seven years at Atlantic, Sam focused on tenant and landlord advisory work. He handled the New England expansion for Target, Club Pilates, Cyclebar, Pure Barre and others. Sam also gained extensive project leasing experience on behalf of large property owners such as Kimco, Acadia, RD Management and Ares Management as well as working with local, independent landlords.
In 2020, Sam moved over to Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is now Vice President. He is responsible for providing advisory services for institutional and private owners across the East Coast as well as continuing to grow the Atlantic Capital Partners platform. Since the move, Sam has been involved in sales transactions totaling over $600M.

After years of competing with Atlantic, Dan joined the team in 1997. His New England efforts were focused on the likes of Staples, Chili’s, and project leasing. In 2003, Dan made a drastic career and lifestyle change by moving his wife and two daughters to Jupiter, FL and established Atlantic’s first office outside of New England.

Bob Macnamara founded Atlas Commercial Real Estate LLC in 2011 and is now acting principal of Dartco Management. Bob brings to the firm more than 25 years of construction, logistics, leasing and asset management experience.
Bob has successfully negotiated more than 5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail lease, including tenants such as Monster, EDS, Verizon, FedEx, Comcast, Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie, People’s United Bank, Legal Seafoods, Timberland, Ted Baker, Betsey Johnson, Radio Shack, Planet Fitness, Calvin Klein, David’s Tea and Sovereign Bank. He has managed large complex portfolios as well as single tenant third party assets in all types of asset classes.

He has represented and worked with some of the best in class institutional landlords in New York City and the metro New York City suburbs such as SL Green, Jamestown, RFR Realty, L3 Capital, Hines, Crown Aquistions, Vornado Realty Trust, Greystar, CIM, and Heitman.
Joe is a native New Yorker and received a BA from the Stonehill College and MS at Boston University. He resides in Katonah, NY with his wife Andrea and two daughters Ella and Madelyn. Primarily focused on tenant representation and land assemblages, David has completed numerous transactions with Stop & Shop, CVS, Staples, Red Robin, Fridays, UNO’s, Wendy’s and Cumberland Farms.

Brian started working at Atlantic in 1994 as an intern to one of Atlantic’s earliest brokers, the late Jim Given. In 1996, he joined the company as a full-time broker, and as they say the rest is history. With a primary focus on tenant representation, Brian has led the retail market expansions in New England and Upstate New York on behalf of Bed Bath & Beyond, Christmas Tree Shops, Party City, and buy buy Baby. Additionally, he has served in a master-brokerage capacity for Petco, successfully opening new stores up and down the East Coast.
Brian became a partner at Atlantic in 2010.
When Brian is not in the office he spends most of his time going to events for one of his four children. He and his family like to visit Block Island, Rhode Island during the summer and they reside in Norfolk, MA along with two dogs, two cats, and two horses.

Fernanda is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and moved to America at an early in search of the American Dream and is now a proud American Citizen. Of May 2022 she became a first-gen graduate from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She was introduced to the magical world of real estate by seeing her driven family start their own real estate company and have accomplished so much for the past 20 years. She has now joined Atlantic Retail in 2023 as a Broker Coordinator in pursuing her desire to help others, give back to the community, and the opportunity to learn something new every day.
Outside of work, Fernanda enjoys anything that has to do with the great outdoors such as hiking with her boyfriend, camping with family, and hunting with friends. Fernanda recently adopted an 11-week Miniature American Shephard named Ollie and is super excited to include him on all the new adventures to come.

Andrew has been in the industry since 2015, starting off in New York before making his way back to Boston in 2016 when joining The Dartmouth Company. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout New England. Andrew presently works on a variety of development projects with many well-established landlords. In addition, he currently works with retailers Dicks Sporting Goods, HMart, Geico, and CarLotz on their real estate strategy and expansion plans.
Away from the office, Andrew loves to stay active and enjoys dining at many of the local Boston restaurants. You can find him either eating or playing ice hockey/golf with his friends. Originally from New York, Dan attended Hobart College where he met his wife, Sarah. They reside in Charlotte with their two children, Hallie and Wes. Away from the office, Dan enjoys visiting the beach and the mountains with his family.

Shannon began working her career at The Dartmouth Company’s Boston headquarters in 1991. In 1995, she relocated to New York and opened the Albany office. Shannon’s team covers a large territory spanning across Upstate and Hudson Valley regions of New York, as well as Vermont.
Shannon represents numerous retailers including Target, Whole Foods, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Aspen Management Group. She has worked in a master brokerage capacity with national retailers and handles dispositions.
Shannon has an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a JD from Suffolk University.

Ben joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2023 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Atlantic, Ben worked as an acquisition officer for a local real estate investment firm in Charlotte, NC, helping identify and source value-add retail opportunities. He also worked as an industrial leasing broker for a national brokerage firm. At both shops, Ben has advised various multi-family clients on land acquisition across the Southeast.
At Atlantic, Ben works with the Investment Services team underwriting Single Tenant, Multi-Tenant, and Shopping Center assets, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets. As a Charlotte native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Ben has spent the majority of his life in the Carolinas. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, golf, soccer, and spending time with his friends and family.

Ryan specializes in graphic and media design, working closely with the marketing team to expand the creativity and individuality of the company brand. Ryan’s experience in design stems from studying New Media Design at SUNY Cortland, where he concentrated on Commercial Graphic Design in Advertisement & Marketing. In January 2018, Ryan took on the creative role as a graphic designer at The Dartmouth Company. After nearly three years at the New York City office, Ryan and the marketing team used their skills to develop a strong social media presence and a distinguished company identity.
Outside of the office, Ryan spends his time with friends and family on Long Island. He seeks inspiration through his many passions and interests such as, fashion, music, reading, and other mediums of art and design throughout everyday life. Chris is a Vice President for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing all analytical and underwriting initiatives for the firm and expanding the Capital Markets Platform. In addition, he also provides advisory services throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Having worked for a leading retail investment sales team and two institutional real estate owners, he’s been involved with the sale, acquisition, or disposition of over $1B in transactions. Prior to joining Atlantic, Chris was a Senior Transactions Associate at SITE Centers (NYSE: SITC) where he was responsible for managing and executing acquisitions and dispositions on a national level. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Middlebury College and started his career in real estate working with the retail investment sales teams at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Knight Frank, which consistently ranked as the top retail investment sales team in New England.

Michael joined Atlantic Retail in 2004 as the Chief Operating Officer and continues in the same capacity today. He has played a significant role in the expansion of Atlantic Retail up and down the east coast, most recently stretching its reach to Los Angeles. Michael provides leadership and general management for the company as it specifically relates to the “Heart of The House” and has built and integrated an infrastructure to allow for continued growth.
Michael and his team are accountable for the day-to-day operations, providing services to all employees & brokers. Specifically, his team is responsible for all finances, infrastructure, legal, vendor contracts, benefits, network and BCDR. Michael delivers high impact tools and technology to the organization while continuing to pursue future opportunities to streamline the operations.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts in Industrial Engineering and currently participates in various executive and leadership management programs. He and his wife live north of Boston in Littleton, MA. In his spare time, Michael enjoys driving, watching football, playing Cribbage and spending time with his family.

Laura’s personal interests include cheering on the LA Dodgers with her yellow lab, Dodger. On long weekends she and friends take road trips following their favorite baseball teams across the country. Laura spends her free time taking her nieces and nephews to Round 1, spending time with friends, and binge-watching Shark Tank, Smallville, and The Office on Hulu.

Mary has been in the retail leasing business for over 30 years representing and consulting with shopping center owners and developers primarily in New England. She owned her own brokerage firm for a number of years and has represented many of her clients and properties for over 20 years. Mary enjoys meeting and working with diverse people and businesses and creating relationships on both sides of a deal.
Mary is from the Detroit area and received a BSBA from the Fowler Business School at SDSU with an emphasis in Real Estate. She enjoys traveling and spending time during the summer in northern Michigan and eastern Long Island enjoying boating, wineries, and family.

He is the second generation in his family to work in the commercial real estate industry and began his brokerage career with NAI Realvest Charles Wayne in Daytona Beach as well as Atlantic Retail’s West Palm Beach office. Zach established the basis of his experiences with a focus on Central and North Florida, where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Sydney joined Atlantic Capital Partners as an Associate Graphic Designer in 2023. She grew up in the Worcester area and moved to Boston in 2018 to attend Suffolk University where she graduated with a BS in Advertising and Real Estate Development. Throughout her time at SU, she worked in the Office of Marketing & Communications as a Digital & Media Graphic Design Assistant as well as interning at Parsons Commercial Group. Upon graduating, Sydney took a job as a Junior Graphic Designer for a real estate company in Boston.

Ben joined Atlantic Retail in July of 2012 in the Boston office. In early 2017, he was named Director of Atlantic’s Urban team, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Boston and its surrounding core urban markets. Ben is currently responsible for the retail leasing of several dynamic mixed-use projects across the city (details linked below). In addition to his project leasing work, Ben is handling the urban expansion on behalf of CAVA, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Circle K and Rumble Boxing.
Ben’s spare time is typically focused around his passion for food (both cooking and consuming it), as well as staying active (to offset the aforementioned love for food). You will often find him hosting friends and family at his home in Boston’s South End neighborhood, or on Cape Cod. Born and raised in Boston, Ben is a passionate Red Sox and Patriots fan. The hobby that he picked up during quarantine is teaching himself how to play the bongos. Conner joined Atlantic in the spring of 2022 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2024. He is accountable for day-to-day operational support to all offices, company-wide real estate license management, and new hire onboarding procedures. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Conner worked in residential leasing and property management, managing luxury apartment properties in Downtown Boston.
A native to New England, Conner grew up around Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. Now residing in Boston, he spends his free time rooting for the local sports teams and working on his golf game.

Jim joined Atlantic in 2016 as a Partner in the Los Angeles office. Since that time, he has worked on the LA Metro expansion of such retailers as Bob’s Furniture and At Home. Jim specializes in junior anchor and big-box leasing throughout California and has extensive experience on the retailer side, having worked on the real estate department of retailers such as Kmart, Target and Safeway, and developers such as Westfield, Regency and Eastern Real Estate over the last 25+ years.
Away from the office, Jim enjoys mountain biking and hiking during summer and skiing in the winter, especially in Utah. Jim attended Oakland University and Wayne State Law School in the Detroit area. He moved to Los Angeles permanently in 2003 where he met his wife Coco.

Following college graduation, Brian spent a brief time in the mutual fund industry-leading an inside sales team. However, real estate was always in his blood starting with his high school job as a land surveyor and, looking for a change, Brian arrived at Atlantic in 2003. Since that time, he has been fortunate to work side by side with retailers such as Target, CVS, and BJ’s Wholesale Club in their New England expansions. Additionally, Brian has performed project leasing and portfolio disposition work on behalf of developers such as RD Management and for retailers such as Stop & Shop, Target, and Home Depot.
In late 2016, Brian was named Managing Director of Atlantic nationally. In his new role, Brian oversees both brokerage and marketing in Atlantic’s nine offices and is charged with helping position Atlantic for continued growth. Leveraging his years of brokerage experience, Brian now works to ensure that each of the company’s business units are aligned and maximizing their collective potential.
Away from the office, Brian enjoys golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter, especially in the mountains of New Hampshire. He is a passionate sports fan, youth sports coach, and active leader in the Boy Scouts of America. A life-long resident of Massachusetts, Brian attended Union College in Schenectady, NY where he met his wife Julie. They live in North Andover, MA with their two children.

Over the past 10 years, Emily also managed the leasing and disposition of large regional portfolios including the Allegheny Health Network, the Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and the WestRidge Business & Retail Park. Emily brings a broad range of experience transacting with both national and local tenants across real estate sectors. Responsible for coordinating retail investment sales throughout the country, he’s been involved with the sale over $3.5B in transactions. Prior to joining Atlantic, he was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark where he was on a team that consistently served as the top retail investment sales group in New England. An active industry leader, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and NAIOP.
Outside of the office, Justin currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board that oversees the NICU and Woman’s Health Departments at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He also serves on the advisory board of The Real Estate Council of Boston College and the Friends of Colby Football board. Justin earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College’s Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Colby College. His tenant advisory work has included the development of regional expansion strategies for Lowe’s Home Improvement, Barnes & Noble, and National Amusements where he has led the execution of over 200 lease transactions. His landlord advisory work has included investment sales, land sales, excess property disposition, and landlord representation for ground-up development projects. David’s deep knowledge of land opportunities has allowed him to pivot some of his focus to non-retail opportunities including the identification of sites for both Distribution, Manufacturing, Multi-Family, and Senior Living development.
David co-founded The Dartmouth Company in 1991 and led the effectuation of the consolidation on Dartmouth’s behalf with Atlantic Retail in 2020. Sugar Smookler joined The Dartmouth Company in 2010, returning to her Boston roots after relocating to South Florida in 1980. Then, in the company’s consolidation with Atlantic Retail in late 2020, she joined the Atlantic team as a Broker Coordinator.
In this role, Sugar handles marketing details for Brokers and interfaces with clients, reporting and updating the team on key client activity on a national level.

Robey has been a broker with Atlantic Retail since 2015, starting shortly after graduating from the University of Mississippi’s school of Business Administration. Robey specializes in site selection, market analysis and strategy, deal negotiations, and dispositions for numerous retailers and restaurants. In addition, Robey works closely with developers and landlords to identify viable development sites and strategically lease their assets.

Alex joined the Atlantic team in 2017 after a four-year tenure at a residential real estate brokerage. For the past ten years, she has coordinated marketing, branding, and sales efforts for a wide range of clients from property management companies to independent record labels. In March 2017, Alex was presented the National Etailing & Mailing Organization of America’s “Rising Star” award for her work in the field. She’s always had a passion for the real estate industry and decided to make it the focus of her marketing career after obtaining her Massachusetts Real Estate license in 2014.

Max Van Dresser provides corporate advisory services to national and regional real estate clients. Max’s services aim to reduce tenant leasing costs through lease restructuring and advisory. In addition to his tenant representation efforts, Sam is actively engaged in a strategic disposition initiative with Macy’s which spans throughout the east coast. Other landlord clients include Simon, Darling Development, Hanover Company, The Flatley Company and various other well established property owners throughout New England.
Sam graduated from Union College in 2019 after matriculating from Pingree. He is originally from Marblehead and is currently a resident of Cambridge. Outside the office, you can find Sam on the squash court and spending times with friends and family.

John Varol joined Atlantic Retail in 2024 as the Director of Leasing – Carolinas after an eight-year career at The Providence Group. Since starting his career in 2016, John has become one of the premier Landlord Representatives in the Carolinas specializing in the leasing and pre-leasing of grocery anchored centers, unanchored strip centers, and power centers. A lifelong resident of Carolinas, John’s market knowledge, transaction experience, and relentless work ethic allows him to execute repeatedly for his clients. John works with numerous REITs, Institutional and Private Investment Groups and Retail Developers across the Carolinas.
John graduated from Wake Forest University in 2014 with a B.A. in Economics and was also a member of the Wake Forest Men’s Golf Team. In his free time John enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and skiing. John currently resides in Charlotte N.C. with his wife, Erin and son.

Karissa has been with Atlantic since April 2019 in the Jupiter office, but has been working in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2010. She has a passion for motorcycles, classic cars, hiking, and exploring new places. She is always on the lookout for the next journey. Traveling fuels her curiosity and love for discovering the world’s hidden gems especially on two wheels. Fred is Executive Vice President for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for providing advisory services and overseeing transactional activity for the Capital Markets platform across the southeast. Offering more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Fred’s extensive knowledge of asset valuation has resulted in the successful execution of retail transactions across core markets throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Atlantic, Fred was a Managing Director at Transwestern where he was involved with the disposition of shopping centers for both institutional and private clients across the southeast. Fred earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and gained experience early in his career in property management and retail leasing before settling on shopping center dispositions. An active industry leader, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Outside the office, Fred is an active supporter of C.U.R.E, Tophat Soccer and Triumph Youth Soccer Association where his daughter and son are active soccer players.

Tyler advises national retailers in reducing their real estate occupancy costs through proactive lease restructure programs and asset monetization initiatives including sale leasebacks and property dispositions. Tyler’s prior experience includes working at a real estate capital markets advisory firm and on a large national retailer’s real estate strategy team. He leans on this experience to help his clients by leveraging their lease structure, real estate position, and credit profile.
Tyler received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tyler was born and raised in Atlanta and still resides there with his wife Katie and son. Tyler has been a volunteer runner with Back on My Feet, an organization that empowers people to break free from the cycles of poverty, homelessness, and/or addiction through the power of fitness, community support, and employment resources.
When he is not working, you will likely find Tyler exercising, spending time outdoors with friends/family, or watching a Braves baseball game.

Patrick joined Atlantic in 2013 as a broker in the West Palm Beach office. Since that time, Patrick has executed growth strategies for national retailers and restaurants and represented developers in their ground up and project leasing efforts. In 2018, Patrick transitioned to Atlantic’s capital markets team, Atlantic Capital Partners, where he specializes in Single and Multi-Tenant Net Lease asset advisory and leads the efforts in Florida.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Patrick gained valuable experience leasing shopping centers in Southeast FL on behalf of Woolbright Development and as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap in their Orlando office.
Away from the office, Patrick enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his family. Born and raised in Florida, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Patrick lives with his wife Lindsay and their sons Mack and Shea in North Palm Beach, FL.

Kathy joined Atlantic Retail in January 2021 as a broker in the Atlanta office. Originally from Detroit, she is the third generation in her family to work in retail real estate. Kathy is focused on landlord representation having worked for owners including Brookfield Properties, Ramco Gershenson Properties Trust, and Olshan Properties, as well as on the brokerage side as the managing director of leasing for The Shopping Center Group in Florida. In addition to third party leasing, she will also work with retailers and restaurants on their expansion throughout the Georgia and Alabama markets.
Spending the majority of her career focused on the Southeast, Kathy moved to Atlanta in 2019. She has a broad level of experience leasing Malls, Lifestyle, Power and Neighborhood Centers. Whether it is ground up development, remerchandising an existing center, or assisting a local mom-and-pop with a first location, she loves it all. Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys time with her family, her rescue dogs and exploring the Atlanta restaurant scene.

Emily joined Atlantic’s Boston office as a Marketing Associate in 2002. Since then, she has proven to be essential, collaborating with leadership in establishing the support structure for Atlantic’s six offices. She works closely with the brokerage team, providing them with everything they need to enable their client’s success. In her current role as Marketing Project Manager, Emily is responsible for maintaining the Atlantic Brand as you see it today, as well as developing and delivering marketing strategies.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, Emily received her BS in Studio Art from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She and her husband, Michael live in Southern Maine with their three children and French bulldog, Cooper. They enjoy the beach, time with family, and any activity along the coast.

Colin joined the Atlantic Retail team as a broker in the West Palm Beach Office in 2021. Originally from Rockville Centre, NY, Colin moved down to Tampa to attend Saint Leo University where he graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration in 2018. Before joining Atlantic Retail, Colin worked at various golf clubs in South Florida as part of the professional staff.

Suzanne joined Atlantic Retail as an Orlando partner in 2020, bringing with her 25 years of brokerage experience. Her focus is on national retailers, developers, and land owners working on locating sites for acquisition; analyzing existing properties for disposition; and working on long term strategic planning of real estate portfolios. Major assignments have included handling the Central Florida rollout for Wawa and Target’s excess property disposition throughout several areas of the country for 24 years. As a former MAI-Real Estate Appraiser specializing in investment properties, land and condemnation work, Suzanne has a unique qualification to acquire and dispose of assets for investors and users.
When not at the office, Suzanne is an avid traveler and loves to join her husband John on buying trips to Asia to choose inventory for their furniture stores, Washburn Imports. She is also co-owner of award-winning The Imperial, three central Florida restaurant/bars using their furniture stores as the backdrop. Suzanne graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance and is a life-long resident of Winter Park, FL where she lives with her husband and daughter.

Raised in the suburbs of Boston, Ross attended Babson College before moving to Florida to join Atlantic shortly after graduating in 2005. Ross works on all facets of brokerage from tenant representation, site acquisition, investment sales, third party leasing, to portfolio disposition. Ross’ market coverage is not limited to just Florida as he has extensive experience
throughout North and South Carolina, having split time between the Jupiter and Charlotte offices.
Ross was named Partner of Atlantic in 2020.

Jackie joined Atlantic in 2019 as Marketing Coordinator for the West Palm Beach office. Prior to Atlantic, she spent time in Portland, Oregon as a residential real estate photographer and videographer. Born and raised in South Florida, Jackie graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Away from the office, Jackie enjoys Zumba, yoga and taking spin classes. You can also find Jackie at the Juno Beach Pier taking aerial photos and drone videos in her free time.

Alex is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a dual degree in Marketing and Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Throughout her academic journey, Alex demonstrated a competitive spirit while actively engaging in campus life, including founding a nonprofit club. Originally from Chicago, she relocated to New York City at the end of July 2024.
In her free time, Alex enjoys staying active and cherishes moments with close friends and family. Since moving to New York, she has loved exploring new restaurants and retail, and her role at Atlantic has allowed her to combine her interests with the vibrant life of the city. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Alex spent the past 7 years working for various restaurant technology companies in San Francisco, CA such as Yelp, Square, and DoorDash. His experience involves working with customers, partners, and vendors supporting their operational needs to increase revenue with technology.
Alex grew up in Ashburnham, MA, a small town in central Massachusetts. In his free time, he enjoys going to Boston sports games, especially the Celtics, hanging out at the dog park with his two schnauzers, and exploring the city.

Osler joined Atlantic Retail’s Charlotte office as a broker in the summer of 2022. With an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate, he brings a unique perspective to his role. Osler has a keen eye for detail and always strives to provide unparalleled customer service. Osler earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Mississippi in 2016.
Outside of the office, Osler enjoys spending time at the beach, skiing, and watching SEC football on fall Saturdays. He currently resides in Charlotte with his fiancée, Carley, and their Golden Retriever, Murphy.

Sam joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 after serving as a Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield and previously co-founded a real estate firm focused exclusively on investment property sales. Sam has been brokering NNN Properties and Shopping Centers for more than 20 years. Sam brings extensive experience in marketing investment properties, structuring sale-leaseback transactions, representing private buyers in the acquisition of investment properties and facilitating 1031/1033 exchanges. Sam’s clients include Developers, Public REITS, High Net Worth Investors, Family Offices and Real Estate Funds & Partnerships.
Sam is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Away from the office, Sam is an avid outdoor enthusiast especially enjoying mountain biking, snow skiing, boating and traveling to off the beaten locales. Sam resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife Kimberly and their three children.

Nick joined Atlantic Retail as a broker in the West Palm Beach office in 2021. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Nick was an ARC (Assumable Rate Conversion) intern with South State Bank from June 2019 to June 2020 assisting the analysts. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Nick is a 2021 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance as well as a member of the rowing team.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys surfing, spearfishing, sailing, and anything to do with the outdoors.
