Karen joined Atlantic Retail in the summer of 2021 as the Northeast Regional Office Manager. Prior to Atlantic Karen worked in Higher Education as the Campus Director and in Admissions.
Karen grew up in Massachusetts, received her Bachelor’s degree from Regis College and recently completed her MBA. She currently lives outside of Boston and enjoys watching her triplets grow into young adults. During her free time, she enjoys reading and the outdoors.
Julie grew up in North Andover MA, playing volleyball before moving away to attend Arizona State University where she graduated with a BA in Marketing and Design Studies. After graduating and realizing the 110-degree heat was not for her, she moved back home to Massachusetts.
Julie currently lives in North Andover with her husband, their dog Lucky, and two cats, Milo and Lucy. She loves spending her free time travelling and being on the ocean; boating, fishing, swimming – and rooting for all Boston sports teams, especially the Patriots. Julie is excited to use her design and marketing background along with her continued interest in the real estate industry.
Ryan specializes in graphic and media design, working closely with the marketing team to expand the creativity and individuality of the company brand. Ryan’s experience in design stems from studying New Media Design at SUNY Cortland, where he concentrated on Commercial Graphic Design in Advertisement & Marketing. In January 2018, Ryan took on the creative role as a graphic designer at The Dartmouth Company. After nearly three years at the New York City office, Ryan and the marketing team used their skills to develop a strong social media presence and a distinguished company identity.
Outside of the office, Ryan spends his time with friends and family on Long Island. He seeks inspiration through his many passions and interests such as, fashion, music, reading, and other mediums of art and design throughout everyday life. When not working as a creative, Ryan works on staying active and continuing his love for sports.
Sugar Smookler joined The Dartmouth Company in 2010, returning to her Boston roots after relocating to South Florida in 1980. Then, in the company’s consolidation with Atlantic Retail in late 2020, she joined the Atlantic team as a Broker Coordinator.
In this role, Sugar handles marketing details for Brokers and interfaces with clients, reporting and updating the team on key client activity on a national level.
In her free time, she enjoys going to lectures, the theatre, and fishing with her son.
Mason Joined Atlantic in 2020 to assist with market research and marketing. Prior to Atlantic, Mason worked at another commercial real estate firm in Charlotte handling marketing and GIS-related projects. Mason holds a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
When he’s not in the office, Mason enjoys biking around Charlotte, playing drums, and watching the Panthers on Sundays.
Glenda joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 as Operations Coordinator, assisting the COO with day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Glenda worked for a national office supplies superstore headquartered in Massachusetts, working closely with and supporting the Real Estate team, drafting leasing documents and working with the Legal team.
Raised in New England, Glenda currently lives in the Greater Boston area, received her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and was a member of the Northeastern Women’s Track Team. Glenda enjoys time with her daughter and son, and spending her summer weekends at Lake Winnipesaukee, kayaking, hiking, and playing beach volleyball with friends.
Jackie joined Atlantic in 2019 as Marketing Coordinator for the West Palm Beach office. Prior to Atlantic, she spent time in Portland, Oregon as a residential real estate photographer and videographer. Born and raised in South Florida, Jackie graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Away from the office, Jackie enjoys Zumba, yoga and taking spin classes. You can also find Jackie volunteering at an animal rescue.
Laura is a native Southern Californian, currently living in Los Angeles, CA. She joined Atlantic Retail in 2018 as a Marketing Coordinator after working in a similar capacity at another commercial real estate firm. She’s an expert in digital marketing, with a strong background in visual communication and marketing strategy. She has successfully crafted compelling campaigns that drive revenue growth and elevate brand presence. Laura is known for her innovative approach, blending artistic design principles with data-driven marketing strategies to deliver impactful results.
Her leadership extends to managing the Los Angeles office, where she supports the Partners and Brokers covering California and Nevada markets. Her unwavering commitment through innovative design and marketing solutions has established her as a key driver of success within her organization. In addition to her professional pursuits, Laura’s personal interests include cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers, game nights, and reading. On long weekends she and friends take road trips following their favorite baseball teams across the country.
Morgan joined Atlantic in 2012 as the Marketing Coordinator for the Pittsburgh office where she is responsible for all marketing. She works in collaboration with the brokers to create materials that best fit their client’s needs while maintaining the Atlantic Brand.
She grew up in West Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from West Virginia University. Away from the office, Morgan enjoys spending time traveling, hiking and boating. She currently lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, son and their two dogs.
Elizabeth joined Atlantic Retail’s Boston office in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. After taking on more responsibilities in both marketing and research, she quickly transitioned into the marketing department later that year. She earned her brokerage license and is currently the Senior Brokerage Coordinator where she is a versatile member of the brokerage support team.
Elizabeth received her BS in English from Gettysburg College. She currently lives in South Boston with her husband, Dana and their daughter. They enjoy summers on Martha’s Vineyard.
