Tammy Liu-Haller

Tammy brings with her a diverse background in Art, Real Estate, and Project Management. She thrives on tackling projects that require a blend of creativity and meticulous execution, particularly in collaborative team environments.

Outside of the office, Tammy is an accomplished Pencil Artist. Her highly detailed animal portraits have been displayed at numerous galleries across the U.S, featured in art collector magazines and is part of The Lunar Codex, where her art has been digitally catalogued and placed on the Moon.

A lifelong resident of upstate NY, Tammy resides in the rural Town of South Westerlo, NY with her husband, daughter and the plethora of wildlife that visit their property.

Francesca Ramirez

Francesca is a Johnstown, Pennsylvania native who joined the Orlando Atlantic Retail office in May of 2025 assisting their marketing and design efforts. With a degree in Communication Studies, with a focus in Public Relations, and her studies in Art, she has always been drawn to all forms of expression and connection. She began her studies and collegiate soccer career at James Madison University and completed both at Rollins College in Orlando.

Previously, Francesca started a middle and high school art program at a local private school where she taught multiple studio courses. Additionally, she worked with lifestyle brands in creative direction and multichannel digital and social media marketing efforts.

Francesca continues to pursue painting with the hopes of having her own small art business and is an avid weightlifter who loves any physical challenge. Outside of these hobbies she loves going to visit her family any chance she gets and building memories with those she loves.

Abigail Donaghy

Abigail joined Atlantic in 2025 as a Marketing Coordinator. Her passion for the industry was sparked during her time working at Marcus & Millichap, where she led marketing efforts for a retail-focused team. Now at Atlantic, Abigail is excited to apply her experience to support the company’s marketing efforts.

Originally from Lexington, Abigail returned to Boston after earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, skiing, beach days, and spending time with family and friends.

Izzy Lowrance

Izzy joined Atlantic Retail in 2024 as a broker coordinator, inspired by a desire to help others, learn something new every day, and make meaningful contributions. Izzy is originally from Austin Texas and brings a rich blend of personal and professional experiences to her role.

A graduate of The University of Central Florida with a degree in Human Communication, Izzy has always been driven by a passion for connecting with others, and delivering excellence. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys spending time on or near the water, crafting, and being with her loved ones.

Tara Devaney

Tara’s career in commercial real estate began with Atlantic Retail in 2014 on the operations team in the Boston office. She went on to spend seven years managing business operations at a national brokerage firm before rejoining Atlantic in 2024. Tara brings a wealth of industry experience and operational insight into her new role, where she focuses on driving business growth and optimizing sales and marketing operations across the company.

A North Shore native, Tara lives in Danvers, MA with her husband, their two children, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places with her family, trying new restaurants, and spending summer weekends by the water at Sebago Lake in Maine.

Alex Weisman

Alex is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a dual degree in Marketing and Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Throughout her academic journey, Alex demonstrated a competitive spirit while actively engaging in campus life, including founding a nonprofit club. Originally from Chicago, she relocated to New York City at the end of July 2024.

In her free time, Alex enjoys staying active and cherishes moments with close friends and family. Since moving to New York, she has loved exploring new restaurants and retail, and her role at Atlantic has allowed her to combine her interests with the vibrant life of the city. Alex aspires to become a successful broker, inspired by the achievements of her colleagues at Atlantic.

Karissa Vickery

Karissa has been with Atlantic since April 2019 in the Jupiter office, but has been working in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2010. She has a passion for motorcycles, classic cars, hiking, and exploring new places. She is always on the lookout for the next journey. Traveling fuels her curiosity and love for discovering the world’s hidden gems especially on two wheels. Believing that life is too short to let moments pass by, Karissa makes it a priority to live fully and cherish every experience. Sharing these adventures with family and friends, creating lasting memories along the way makes life even better.

Becca Lantz

Becca Lantz joined Atlantic Retail in 2024 as the Office & Broker Coordinator, pursuing her desire to help others and grow within the real estate industry. She moved from Indianapolis, IN a year ago, and has really enjoyed Charlotte as well as getting to know the area. She has a real estate background where she worked at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty as a Closings Specialist and Transaction Coordinator for almost six years. She supports the team through market research, administrative duties, and marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys being outside hiking, biking or just spending time with family and friends. She enjoys being active in her church, has a strong passion for holistic health, and loves traveling whenever she gets the opportunity to do so.

Matt Langevin

Matt grew up in West Hartford, CT. He attended the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he graduated with a degree in Marketing.

During his free time Matt enjoys spending time with friends and family, following his favorite sports teams, golfing, and traveling.

Alex White

Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Alex spent the past 7 years working for various restaurant technology companies in San Francisco, CA such as Yelp, Square, and DoorDash. His experience involves working with customers, partners, and vendors supporting their operational needs to increase revenue with technology.

Alex grew up in Ashburnham, MA, a small town in central Massachusetts. In his free time, he enjoys going to Boston sports games, especially the Celtics, hanging out at the dog park with his two schnauzers, and exploring the city.
