Alex Seibert is a Lancaster, PA native who now calls Pittsburgh home. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she studied Public Relations and Marketing before beginning her career in real estate. With over seven years of experience spanning commercial investment sales, marketing, and title insurance, Alex brings a well-rounded perspective and strong relationship skills to her role at Atlantic Retail.
Outside of work, she teaches spin classes at a local community gym and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, as a “Big Sister.”
Jennifer Izaguirre, originally a Long Island, NY native, is a Coast Guard veteran and a Graphic Design graduate from Old Dominion University with a minor in Marketing and Art History. Jennifer is a typeface and hand-lettering enthusiast and enjoys visiting new places with big personalities in their signs and logos. She enjoys exploring new music, traveling, woodworking, and spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Passionate about creativity and connecting with people, she enjoys bringing a fresh perspective to every project.
Kendra Doherty joined the team full-time in 2025 after previously interning with the firm during the summer prior. She graduated from Providence College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance. During her time at Providence, Kendra developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment strategy, and capital markets-skills she now brings to her role with the team.
During her internship, Kendra gained hands-on experience in financial modeling, market research, and deal support, which prepared her to contribute quickly in her full-time role.
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys exploring new restaurants around Boston, traveling through Europe, and spending time at the beach.
Tammy brings with her a diverse background in Art, Real Estate, and Project Management. She thrives on tackling projects that require a blend of creativity and meticulous execution, particularly in collaborative team environments.
Outside of the office, Tammy is an accomplished Pencil Artist. Her highly detailed animal portraits have been displayed at numerous galleries across the U.S, featured in art collector magazines and is part of The Lunar Codex, where her art has been digitally catalogued and placed on the Moon.
A lifelong resident of upstate NY, Tammy resides in the rural Town of South Westerlo, NY with her husband, daughter and the plethora of wildlife that visit their property.
Francesca is a Johnstown, Pennsylvania native who joined the Orlando Atlantic Retail office in May of 2025 assisting their marketing and design efforts. With a degree in Communication Studies, with a focus in Public Relations, and her studies in Art, she has always been drawn to all forms of expression and connection. She began her studies and collegiate soccer career at James Madison University and completed both at Rollins College in Orlando.
Previously, Francesca started a middle and high school art program at a local private school where she taught multiple studio courses. Additionally, she worked with lifestyle brands in creative direction and multichannel digital and social media marketing efforts.
Francesca continues to pursue painting with the hopes of having her own small art business and is an avid weightlifter who loves any physical challenge. Outside of these hobbies she loves going to visit her family any chance she gets and building memories with those she loves.
John joined Atlantic in November of 2024 as an Analyst on the Capital Markets Team. He supports the team by conducting market research, underwriting single and multi-tenant assets, and helping with deal execution. John brings investment and real estate knowledge as well as a strong work ethic to the team.
John received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2024 where he played Varsity Lacrosse. Outside the office, John is passionate about tennis, golf, and cooking.
Liz joined Atlantic Capital Partners as a Graphic Designer in April 2025, bringing a dynamic background in digital strategy, content creation, event promotion, and design. Her expertise stems from marketing for one of Boston’s largest hospitality groups, and from supporting a diverse range of clients at a mid-sized marketing agency. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Mitchell College, where she graduated as the Salutatorian of her class.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys exploring new restaurants, practicing and performing as a singer and musician, and making frequent trips back to her home state of Connecticut to spend time with her family.
Abigail joined Atlantic in 2025 as a Marketing Coordinator. Her passion for the industry was sparked during her time working at Marcus & Millichap, where she led marketing efforts for a retail-focused team. Now at Atlantic, Abigail is excited to apply her experience to support the company’s marketing efforts.
Originally from Lexington, Abigail returned to Boston after earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, skiing, beach days, and spending time with family and friends.
Shannon joined Atlantic Corporate Services in 2024 as a Lease Coordinator. In this role, she collaborates closely with Dollar General Corporation at their headquarters in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Shannon’s expertise lies in fostering strong client relationships and consistently evaluating deal performance through lease analysis to ensure client success. Shannon began her career in the residential real estate sector, focusing on new multi-family developments. Her extensive experience in lease management led her to transition into commercial real estate, where she now specializes in lease administration.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, listening to live music, traveling, and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
Izzy joined Atlantic Retail in 2024 as a broker coordinator, inspired by a desire to help others, learn something new every day, and make meaningful contributions. Izzy is originally from Austin Texas and brings a rich blend of personal and professional experiences to her role.
A graduate of The University of Central Florida with a degree in Human Communication, Izzy has always been driven by a passion for connecting with others, and delivering excellence. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys spending time on or near the water, crafting, and being with her loved ones.
