Notably, Patrick managed a landmark 1.2 million-square-foot, 40-story Class A office tower, demonstrating his expertise in leading complex, high-profile projects.
Patrick has partnered with prominent clients such as TA Realty, Beacon Capital Partners, Phase 3, Camber Realty, Greatland Partners, and Spear Street, earning a reputation for operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and value creation. Away from the office, Patrick enjoys golfing, running, skiing, and any and all travel. He has run 11 marathons and raised over $100,000 for various charities. Patrick attended Boston College, where he graduated cum laude, Alfa Sigma Nu. He lives in Charlestown, MA with his wife Janice. They have three children, and a dog named Desi.
Bob Macnamara founded Atlas Commercial Real Estate LLC in 2011 and is now acting principal of Dartco Management. Bob brings to the firm more than 25 years of construction, logistics, leasing and asset management experience.
Bob has successfully negotiated more than 5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail lease, including tenants such as Monster, EDS, Verizon, FedEx, Comcast, Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie, People’s United Bank, Legal Seafoods, Timberland, Ted Baker, Betsey Johnson, Radio Shack, Planet Fitness, Calvin Klein, David’s Tea and Sovereign Bank. He has managed large complex portfolios as well as single tenant third party assets in all types of asset classes.
Chad Boulay has over 20 years of diversified real estate industry experience managing over 80,000,000 square feet nationally, across all asset classes throughout his career.
Specializing in property and asset management, Chad’s experience spans throughout all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: property investment & redevelopment, facilities & construction management, brokerage and sustainability practices. Over his career, Chad has negotiated hundreds of leases and participated in both the disposition and acquisition of properties nationally. Chad is an active real estate investor and also provides consulting services to private and institutional clients.
Prior to Dartmouth Property Management, Chad held positions with Wellesley Management, Tishman Speyer, Equity Industrial Partners, HallKeen Management, Synergy Investments and CREF LLC.
