Danielle is an Associate on the Capital Markets team, where she specializes in shopping center investment sales across the Northeast. Before joining Atlantic, she was a part of the Institutional Advisory Team at McCall & Almy. Danielle holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of New Hampshire. She began her career in the Asset Services group at Cushman & Wakefield.
Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys being outdoors, hiking, skiing, and exploring the city. She is also actively involved with the Second Chance Ranch Rescue, a non-profit dog rescue organization, where she currently serves on the board.
Kelly joined Atlantic Capital Partners as a Marketing Coordinator in 2022. She grew up in Hudson, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where she graduated with a BA in Marketing & Communications. Kelly was also a member of the OSU Waterski Team and has enjoyed slalom skiing since she was a child spending her summers at their lake house in Michigan. Upon graduating from OSU, Kelly took a job as Marketing & Events Manager for a publishing company in Boston and has been living in Massachusetts ever since.
She currently resides in Medfield with her three children and in her free time enjoys cooking, cheering on the Buckeyes, and vacationing at Newfound Lake, NH with her family.
Fred is Executive Vice President for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for providing advisory services and overseeing transactional activity for the Capital Markets platform across the southeast. Offering more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Fred’s extensive knowledge of asset valuation has resulted in the successful execution of retail transactions across core markets throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Atlantic, Fred was a Managing Director at Transwestern where he was involved with the disposition of shopping centers for both institutional and private clients across the southeast. Fred earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and gained experience early in his career in property management and retail leasing before settling on shopping center dispositions. An active industry leader, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Outside the office, Fred is an active supporter of C.U.R.E, Tophat Soccer and Triumph Youth Soccer Association where his daughter and son are active soccer players.
Mason Joined Atlantic in 2020 to assist with market research and marketing. Prior to Atlantic, Mason worked at another commercial real estate firm in Charlotte handling marketing and GIS-related projects. Mason holds a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
When he’s not in the office, Mason enjoys biking around Charlotte, playing drums, and watching the Panthers on Sundays.
Chris is a Vice President for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing all analytical and underwriting initiatives for the firm and expanding the Capital Markets Platform. In addition, he also provides advisory services throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Having worked for a leading retail investment sales team and two institutional real estate owners, he’s been involved with the sale, acquisition, or disposition of over $1B in transactions. Prior to joining Atlantic, Chris was a Senior Transactions Associate at SITE Centers (NYSE: SITC) where he was responsible for managing and executing acquisitions and dispositions on a national level. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Middlebury College and started his career in real estate working with the retail investment sales teams at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Knight Frank, which consistently ranked as the top retail investment sales team in New England.
Outside of the office, Chris is an active supporter of Project C.U.R.E, The Potomac Riverkeeper Network, and Off Their Plate. An active industry leader, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP.
Justin is the Head of Capital Markets for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing all transactional activity for the firm. In addition to managing and expanding the Capital Markets platform for Atlantic, Justin also provides advisory services throughout the northeast. Responsible for coordinating retail investment sales throughout the country, he’s been involved with the sale over $3.5B in transactions. Prior to joining Atlantic, he was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark where he was on a team that consistently served as the top retail investment sales group in New England. An active industry leader, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and NAIOP.
Outside of the office, Justin currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board that oversees the NICU and Woman’s Health Departments at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He also serves on the advisory board of The Real Estate Council of Boston College and the Friends of Colby Football board. Justin earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College’s Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Colby College. He resides in Dedham, Massachusetts, with his wife Colette, who is a middle school administrator at Noble and Greenough School, along with their three boys.
David joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 as an Investment Advisor in the Charlotte office. Coming from previous jobs with three of the world’s largest real estate firms, David brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and best practices to Atlantic in order help our clients facilitate 1031/1033 tax-exchanges, advertise and sell Shopping Centers and Triple-Net (NNN) Assets, and conduct Sale-Leaseback transactions for private and institutional property owners. David’s clients include National & Regional Developers, High Net Worth Investors, Public REITs, and numerous Real Estate Funds & Partnerships.
David is a South Carolina native and a proud alumnus of Clemson University. He is an avid sports & fitness enthusiast, so much of his free time is spent working out at the gym, playing golf or basketball, and running local trails around the city. David currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Courtney, but his business extends nationwide with property sales over the last two years in NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, VA, TX, AZ, CO, and NV.
Sam joined Atlantic Retail in 2019 after serving as a Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield and previously co-founded a real estate firm focused exclusively on investment property sales. Sam has been brokering NNN Properties and Shopping Centers for more than 20 years. Sam brings extensive experience in marketing investment properties, structuring sale-leaseback transactions, representing private buyers in the acquisition of investment properties and facilitating 1031/1033 exchanges. Sam’s clients include Developers, Public REITS, High Net Worth Investors, Family Offices and Real Estate Funds & Partnerships.
Sam is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Away from the office, Sam is an avid outdoor enthusiast especially enjoying mountain biking, snow skiing, boating and traveling to off the beaten locales. Sam resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife Kimberly and their three children.
Sam joined Atlantic’s Boston office as an intern in 2010 and became a broker in 2013. For his first seven years at Atlantic, Sam focused on tenant and landlord advisory work. He handled the New England expansion for Target, Club Pilates, Cyclebar, Pure Barre and others. Sam also gained extensive project leasing experience on behalf of large property owners such as Kimco, Acadia, RD Management and Ares Management as well as working with local, independent landlords.
In 2020, Sam moved over to Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is now Vice President. He is responsible for providing advisory services for institutional and private owners across the East Coast as well as continuing to grow the Atlantic Capital Partners platform. Since the move, Sam has been involved in sales transactions totaling over $600M.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Sam attended Bentley University in Waltham, MA graduating in 2013 with an Economics and Finance degree. Away from the office, Sam enjoys traveling with family and friends as well as golfing and boating in the summer.
Patrick joined Atlantic in 2013 as a broker in the West Palm Beach office. Since that time, Patrick has executed growth strategies for national retailers and restaurants and represented developers in their ground up and project leasing efforts. In 2018, Patrick transitioned to Atlantic’s capital markets team, Atlantic Capital Partners, where he specializes in Single and Multi-Tenant Net Lease asset advisory and leads the efforts in Florida.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Patrick gained valuable experience leasing shopping centers in Southeast FL on behalf of Woolbright Development and as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap in their Orlando office.
Away from the office, Patrick enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his family. Born and raised in Florida, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Patrick lives with his wife Lindsay and their three children, Mack, Shea and Pearl in North Palm Beach, FL.
