John Dixon

John joined Atlantic in November of 2024 as an Analyst on the Capital Markets Team. He supports the team by conducting market research, underwriting single and multi-tenant assets, and helping with deal execution. John brings investment and real estate knowledge as well as a strong work ethic to the team.

 John received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2024 where he played Varsity Lacrosse. Outside the office, John is passionate about tennis, golf, and cooking.

Liz Blodgett

Liz joined Atlantic Capital Partners as a Graphic Designer in April 2025, bringing a dynamic background in digital strategy, content creation, event promotion, and design. Her expertise stems from marketing for one of Boston’s largest hospitality groups, and from supporting a diverse range of clients at a mid-sized marketing agency. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Mitchell College, where she graduated as the Salutatorian of her class.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys exploring new restaurants, practicing and performing as a singer and musician, and making frequent trips back to her home state of Connecticut to spend time with her family.

Stephen Hassenflu

Stephen Hassenflu is the co-head of the Debt, Equity, and Structured Finance advisory group for Atlantic Capital Partners. In his role, he advises clients on the financing of property acquisitions, funding of development projects, and recapitalization or refinance of existing properties across all asset classes with a focus on retail. Stephen has over 10 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. Most recently, he ran debt capital markets for First National Realty Partners where he closed 34 loans totaling over $750m in volume across the United States. Stephen also has over 5 years of experience in private equity fund management including 3 years at USAA Real Estate, where he helped manage over $5.0b of funds invested globally across all asset classes.

Stephen received his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. He lives in Jupiter, FL with his wife Jaca, son and daughter. Stephen is a foodie, loves going to the beach with his family, and is a fan of boxing.

Joey Tagliente

Joey Tagliente joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate private equity and asset management. Before joining Atlantic, Joey served as Director of Real Estate at Wingmark Capital, where he focused on acquisitions, asset management, and strategic deal structuring of net lease, ground lease, and hospitality assets across the Northeast. His track record includes managing complex transactions, optimizing portfolio performance, and delivering value through innovative deal structures.

At Atlantic Capital Partners, Joey specializes in advisory services for institutional and private owners, leveraging his expertise as a principal to drive value across industrial/flex, self-storage, and retail asset classes. A licensed real estate agent, he is also working toward his full CCIM designation to deepen his investment and market analysis capabilities.

Joey earned his BA in Economics from Colby College. He resides in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA, with his wife and daughter. Outside the office, Joey enjoys fishing, golfing, surfing, and spending time with his family along the North Shore.

Zack Hilgendorf

Zack joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2025 as a Senior Vice President in the West Palm Beach Office working to further advance the groups well established capital markets platform.

Zack specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net leased properties, typically leased to notable national, public, and private retailers, with long-term NNN leases. He works on behalf of both private and institutional owners throughout the country, including high net worth private individuals, family offices, developers, owner-occupiers, REITs, and foreign capital. His expertise further includes 1031-exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, and build-to-suit advisory.

Throughout his career, Zack has focused on developing meaningful relationships that go beyond a singular transaction. Zack’s commitment to his clients and relationship-first mindset has allowed him to close over $800 million in sales volume across 32 states.

Zack graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA is History and Communication Studies. Originally from Chicago, Zack relocated to South Florida in 2023 with fiancé, Alejandra, where they enjoy traveling and hanging at the beach with friends.

Nick Hilgendorf

Nick joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2025 as an associate. He will be working out of the West Palm Beach Office, specializing in the advisory of clients’ acquisitions and dispositions of net-leased assets throughout the nation.

Since transitioning from an Analyst to a Broker, Nick has represented private investors, private family offices, and public REITs in both the acquisition and disposition in net-lease assets throughout the nation. Nick will continue to represent clients in both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the nation with Atlantic.

Nick graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020 with a degree in communication studies, while simultaneously earning a Certificate of Entrepreneurship. Away from the office, Nick enjoys keeping active by working out or playing basketball, and spending time with friends.

Ben McCarter

Ben joined Atlantic Capital Partners in July 2024 as a Financial Analyst. He graduated from Clemson University in May 2024 with a degree in Financial Management, an emphasis in Real Estate, and a minor in Accounting.

At Atlantic, Ben assists the net-lease advisory team by conducting market research, underwriting single and multi-tenant assets, and helping with deal execution. Ben is a true Charlottean, born at Presbyterian Hospital and educated in the Carolinas. He enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, listening to live music, and spending time with his friends and family.

Teddy Driscoll

Teddy joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2024 as an Associate in the Atlanta office where he is responsible for aiding in the advancement of the Capital Markets Platform throughout the Southeast. Teddy focuses on dispositions and acquisitions advisory for single and multi-tenant retail properties.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Teddy was a Senior Analyst/Brokerage Associate at Transwestern where he handled all aspects of underwriting and valuing investments as well as assisting in the marketing and negotiating the sale of a wide variety of assets including retail, industrial, office, multifamily and land around Metro Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. Teddy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Teddy earned his Master’s Degree from Georgia State University in Commercial Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College. Outside of the office, Teddy currently serves on the Executive Board of the Real Estate Alumni Association for Georgia State University (Area GSU). Teddy lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, son, and dog, and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, hockey, and traveling.

Stephen Joseph

Stephen Joseph is the head of the Debt Advisory group for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for arranging debt and equity placement included construction financings, permanent and bridge financings and joint-venture equity placements. Stephen specializes in developing asset-specific business plans for value creation and providing customized lending solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients.

Stephen has over 10 years of transactional experience working for some of the top investment firms, developers, mortgage brokers and investment sales teams in the greater New York Metro including CBRE and HFF. Most recently, he led all acquisitions activity for First National Realty Partners in the western United States and New England where he originated $300 million in grocery anchored retail acquisitions.

Stephen received his BA in Economics from Lehigh University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He lives in Morris Plains, NJ with his wife and son and enjoys golf, hiking and spending time with his family at the Jersey shore.

Mike Lucier

Mike serves as Executive Vice President at Atlantic Capital Partners, where he handles the disposition and acquisition of both single and multi-tenant properties. With over 19 years’ experience in commercial real estate, he has held roles as a Partner at NetCapital, Managing Director at Berkeley Capital Advisors, and First Vice President at CBRE. Mike is a seasoned investment sales professional, offering a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers, through his experience doing site selection for major national tenants. His commitment to building and nurturing relationships has been instrumental in helping clients successfully navigate property transactions across the country, spanning NC, SC, VA, GA, TN, FL, PA, OH, IN, and TX.

Mike graduated from Virginia Tech and received his M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, travelling and playing golf.
