Makayla Kanerviko joined Atlantic in September 2026 as an associate on the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Atlantic, she worked for Colliers in Louisville, KY, where she focused on retail leasing and sales. Makayla has advised both local and national clients on site selection for their expanding brands throughout the Louisville and Southern Indiana markets. Originally from Syracuse, New York, and a graduate of Elon University, she has made her way back to the Carolinas post-Louisville, KY. At Atlantic, Makayla will be supporting the Charlotte sales team in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets nationally.
In her free time, she likes to travel, play pickleball, attend concerts, and spend time with friends and family.
Levitt Mosley joined Atlantic Capital Partners as an Analyst in August 2026. An Atlanta native, Levitt graduated from Sewanee, The University of the South in May 2026, where he studied International Business. Outside of work, Levitt enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and playing golf, pickleball, soccer, and basketball. He also enjoys running, working out, and spending time outdoors, particularly in the mountains. An avid sports fan, Levitt cheers for Auburn, the Atlanta Braves, and the Atlanta Falcons.
Shaun brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate to Atlantic Capital Partners, where he specializes in Investment Sales for the New York City market. His background spans acquisitions and operations, giving him a wealth of experience across all phases of a real estate transaction – making him the ideal point man for your property sales needs.
Shaun arrived in New York upon completion of his Master’s degree from Babson College in Massachusetts. He is a member of several industry organizations, including ICSC and ULI, and was inducted into Young Presidents’ Organization in 2023.
Lily graduated from Bentley University in 2026, earning a Bachelor’s degree in finance. While at Bentley, she was a member of the varsity swim team and involved in Greek Life, the Real Estate Club, and student onboarding. Throughout internship experiences, she has built a foundation for applying financial analysis and market research to assist real estate transactions. Those experiences have led her to pursue a career in real estate and contribute to Atlantic.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and staying active.
Chris Wiener joined Atlantic in 2026 as Marketing & Transactions Manager, bringing nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience with a background in marketing, graphic design, brokerage operations, and transaction management. Prior to Atlantic, Chris spent nine years at Marcus & Millichap supporting a retail-focused brokerage team, where he developed a detail-oriented approach to marketing strategy, team design initiatives, transaction coordination, and operational processes.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Chris moved to Charlotte with his wife, a Charlotte native, and quickly embraced the city’s proximity to the outdoors and growing community. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, fly fishing, traveling, and spending weekends exploring the mountains and new destinations with his wife and dog.
Matt is a Senior Analyst on the Capital Markets team, where he supports the team through market analysis, property valuation, and marketing efforts. Matt brings extensive investment and retail knowledge as well as a strong work ethic to the team. Prior to Atlantic, he was an Investment Analyst at The Davis Companies focusing on the acquisition and development of Industrial and Self-Storage assets. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, where he was also a four-year member of the Division 1 Alpine Ski Team.
Outside of his professional life, Matt enjoys working out, golfing, and exploring new restaurants.
Mila joined Atlantic Capital Partners as a Graphic Designer in 2024. Before joining Atlantic Capital Partners, she worked as a designer for a newspaper, where she developed strong skills in visual communication and layout composition.
Mila grew up in Russia before moving to the United States to pursue her education, earning her Bachelor’s degree from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. After several years of Midwest winters, she and her husband decided to trade the snow for sunshine and settled in Florida, where she completed her Master of Science in Communication and Media with emphasis in Digital Media at Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new restaurants, going to movie theaters and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. She also has a passion for photography and loves capturing everyday moments through her creative lens.
Dean Sands is an Executive Vice President for Atlantic Capital Partners, where he is responsible for expanding the Capital Markets Platform. Based in Washington, DC, Dean provides advisory services to institutional and private owners up and down the East Coast. Dean has over 20 years of experience and has worked with leading investment sales teams at Eastdil Secured and JLL. Throughout his career, he has executed joint ventures and asset sales both nationally and abroad. Dean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and a Masters in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
Outside of the office, Dean is a leader at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, where he teaches at the Parish School of Religion and leads the St. Dymphna Mental Health Ministry. He resides in Washington, DC with his wife and three children.
Jordan joined Atlantic Retail in 2025 as a Vice President Investment Advisor in the Charlotte office. He has nearly a decade of experience specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Shopping Centers and Triple-Net (NNN) Assets across the country where he has been directly involved in sales transactions totaling over $500M. With a proven track record representing private individuals, developers, and institutional investors, Jordan leverages market intelligence, deal-making instincts, and a deep network to drive value for his clients.
Born and raised in Southern California, Jordan attended UC Santa Barbara, where he met his wife in 2013. Now a proud father of two boys, he resides in Charleston, SC, where he serves at the Church at LifePark and coaches travel baseball for SBA Lowcountry.
Kendra Doherty joined the team full-time in 2025 after previously interning with the firm during the summer prior. She graduated from Providence College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance. During her time at Providence, Kendra developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment strategy, and capital markets-skills she now brings to her role with the team.
During her internship, Kendra gained hands-on experience in financial modeling, market research, and deal support, which prepared her to contribute quickly in her full-time role.
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys exploring new restaurants around Boston, traveling through Europe, and spending time at the beach.
