Adam Joyce

Adam joined Atlantic Retail in August 2026, bringing experience in retail brokerage, multi‑market tenant representation, and data‑driven portfolio strategy. He supports retailers and landlords through market evaluations, site selection, outparcel development, and portfolio optimization across both emerging and established brands.

Adam plays a key role in national brokerage initiatives, most notably supporting Kohl’s through multi‑state site identification, pad development planning, and coordinated transaction execution. His broader client work spans a range of retail categories and expansion strategies.

He is an active member of the ChainLinks Retail Advisors Network and serves on the ChainLinks NextGen Committee, collaborating with brokers nationwide and contributing to forward‑looking retail strategy discussions.

Brian Kerr

Brian joined Atlantic Retail in September 2026, bringing more than 45 years of leadership in retail real estate and a national reputation for guiding retailers through tenant representation, site selection, and multi‑market expansion strategy.

Brian has represented an extensive roster of retailers, restaurants and landlords. His long‑standing client relationships reflect a legacy of consistency, strategic insight, and disciplined execution.

A central part of Brian’s industry impact comes through his decades‑long involvement with ChainLinks Retail Advisors. A principal member since 1985, he has served on the Executive Committee, Regional Teams and currently serves as President and Co‑Chairman of the Board of Directors, helping shape national strategy, strengthen member connectivity, and advance ChainLinks’ role as one of the most influential retail advisory networks in the country. He is also a 45‑plus‑year member of ICSC.

A native of Western Pennsylvania, Brian lives in Pittsburgh’s East End with his wife and is the proud father of two adult children.

Catherine Bickford

Catherine Bickford is a retail commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience in leasing, merchandising, and strategic positioning of high-profile shopping centers throughout the Carolinas. Her career includes serving as Director of Leasing across the Carolinas where she led leasing strategies for prominent, large-footprint shopping centers focused on creating compelling and balanced retail places. Today, Catherine specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation, leveraging her extensive ownership-side experience, market knowledge, and strong retailer relationships to identify opportunities, execute strategic transactions, and create long-term value for her clients.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Catherine brings a deep understanding of the Carolinas retail landscape and a strategic, relationship-driven approach to every assignment. A native of Charlotte, Catherine graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Division I tennis player. She resides in Charleston with her two children.

Marisa Simkin

Marisa joined Atlantic Retail with over a decade of experience spanning hospitality operations, restaurant construction, and commercial real estate. She specializes in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on food and beverage clients throughout New York City. On the tenant side, Marisa has represented brands including Ippudo, QQ Nails & Spa, Yellow Rose, Bourke Street Bakery, and City Roots Hospitality. On the landlord side, her clients have included LaSalle, Barings, RFR, Hakimian Group, and Caiola Real Estate. She takes particular pride in working with women-led businesses and first-time restaurateurs.

Marisa grew up in California and now calls Brooklyn home, where she lives with her husband and dog. She enjoys exploring the city’s ever-changing restaurant scene and hiking on weekends.

William Smith

William joined Atlantic Retail in 2026 as a broker in the firm’s Charlotte office. Prior to joining Atlantic, he worked in residential property management in Bozeman, Montana. He graduated from Wofford College in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Having grown up in Charlotte and spent most of his life in the Carolinas, he’s excited to continue developing meaningful relationships and contributing to the growth of the Charlotte community and beyond. During his free time, he enjoys staying active outdoors through fly fishing and hunting, as well as playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.

Kevin Langholz

Kevin brings over 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the team, including tenant representation, surplus property disposition, shopping center leasing, shopping center development, commercial sales, land assemblage and market analysis in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Throughout his career he has been responsible for overseeing retail brokerage teams that represented over 60 national and regional retail chains and millions of square feet of shopping center leasing assignments. Mr. Langholz is a past Board of Director for ChainLinks Retail Advisors and currently serves on the Membership Committee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as a regional director, planning chairperson and market presenter.

Jamey Yarish

Jamey brings over 25 years of experience in the retail real estate industry, specializing in regional and national tenant representation, market analysis, site selection, and expansion strategies. Jamey represents national retail clients throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowe’s, Barnes & Noble, AAA, Sherwin Williams, Aspen Dental, Visionworks, and Huntington Bank. Jamey also provides comprehensive landlord representation and leasing services for existing shopping centers and new retail developments ranging from 6,000 square feet to more than 500,000 square feet.

Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Jamey worked at Hanna Commercial from 2004 to 2025, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation.

Jamey is a native of Western Pennsylvania and a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed real estate agent in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Jamey and his wife, Leslie live in Southwestern PA and have two daughters.

Jordan Gomez

Jordan joined Atlantic Retail in 2025 as a Vice President Investment Advisor in the Charlotte office. He has nearly a decade of experience specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Shopping Centers and Triple-Net (NNN) Assets across the country where he has been directly involved in sales transactions totaling over $500M. With a proven track record representing private individuals, developers, and institutional investors, Jordan leverages market intelligence, deal-making instincts, and a deep network to drive value for his clients.

Born and raised in Southern California, Jordan attended UC Santa Barbara, where he met his wife in 2013. Now a proud father of two boys, he resides in Charleston, SC, where he serves at the Church at LifePark and coaches travel baseball for SBA Lowcountry.

Ned Spratt

Ned Spratt joined Atlantic Retail in 2025 as a Broker based in the Charleston, SC office. He approaches real estate with a collaborative mindset and a strong foundation in land acquisitions and dispositions, ranging from small infill opportunities to large-scale multi-phased developments.

Prior to joining Atlantic, he worked closely with clients across different asset classes to uncover strategic opportunities throughout the Southeast. Ned is a graduate of The University of the South and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and being on the water.

Garrett Hawkins

Garrett Hawkins joined Atlantic Retail’s Atlanta office in July 2025 as an Associate. In this role, he focuses on tenant and landlord representation, bringing his  expertise in financial analysis, market research, and portfolio management to support clients with strategic, data-driven solutions. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Garrett worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he supported an industrial brokerage team, contributing to complex transactions, land development initiatives, and strategic oversight of a global client’s real estate portfolio. Previously at JLL, he developed financial models and supported leasing strategies for prominent office properties across the Atlanta market.
