Jordan Gomez

Jordan joined Atlantic Retail in 2025 as a Vice President Investment Advisor in the Charlotte office. He has nearly a decade of experience specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Shopping Centers and Triple-Net (NNN) Assets across the country where he has been directly involved in sales transactions totaling over $500M. With a proven track record representing private individuals, developers, and institutional investors, Jordan leverages market intelligence, deal-making instincts, and a deep network to drive value for his clients.

Born and raised in Southern California, Jordan attended UC Santa Barbara, where he met his wife in 2013. Now a proud father of two boys, he resides in Charleston, SC, where he serves at the Church at LifePark and coaches travel baseball for SBA Lowcountry.

Ned Spratt

Ned Spratt joined Atlantic Retail in 2025 as a Broker based in the Charleston, SC office. He approaches real estate with a collaborative mindset and a strong foundation in land acquisitions and dispositions, ranging from small infill opportunities to large-scale multi-phased developments.

Prior to joining Atlantic, he worked closely with clients across different asset classes to uncover strategic opportunities throughout the Southeast. Ned is a graduate of The University of the South and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and being on the water.

Garrett Hawkins

Garrett Hawkins joined Atlantic Retail’s Atlanta office in July 2025 as an Associate. In this role, he focuses on tenant and landlord representation, bringing his  expertise in financial analysis, market research, and portfolio management to support clients with strategic, data-driven solutions. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Garrett worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he supported an industrial brokerage team, contributing to complex transactions, land development initiatives, and strategic oversight of a global client’s real estate portfolio. Previously at JLL, he developed financial models and supported leasing strategies for prominent office properties across the Atlanta market.

Joseph Purze

Joe Purze joined Atlantic Retail’s Charlotte office in 2025 as Senior Vice President. Based in Charleston, Joe brings his local market expertise to the role where he focuses on the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of retail properties in South Carolina, creating value for property owners and occupiers.

A dedicated expert in retail, he has an unparalleled ability to leverage data and consumer insight to interpret market trends and drive tangible results. Joe builds advantage by delivering innovative solutions to his local, regional, and national retail clients with superior service and flawless execution.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Joe worked as a First Vice President at CBRE, Inc leading their retail advisory team in South Carolina.

Gavin Walsh

Gavin specializes in representing landlords in leasing ground up developments and out parcels and the repositioning of existing regional power, lifestyle, mixed use, big box, grocery anchored, and neighborhood shopping centers. He previously worked at The Shopping Center Group leading the leasing teams in Raleigh and Orlando where he spearheaded a portfolio of up to 5M square feet. With over 20 years of experience in Tenant and Landlord representation, Gavin has an in depth understanding of merchandising, lease and sale negotiations having developed and executed strategic leasing plans for individual assets and portfolios on behalf institutional owners, REITs and developers. Over the past 10 years Gavin has completed transactions nearing 2M SF on behalf of Landlords.

Gavin is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and continually participates in Executive Learning Programs.

Lindsey Alexander

Lindsey brings over 25 years of experience in specialty retail leasing to Atlantic Retail.  Lindsey has transformed retail assets in South Florida utilizing a proactive approach to leasing and merchandising specialty shopping centers.  She has a proven track record in leasing ground-up, specialty, value-add and redevelopments in South Florida.  She also has experience providing consulting services for new retail developments and specializes in lifestyle shopping center leasing for REITS as well as private Landlords.

Lindsey is a graduate of Butler University and a Delta Gamma Alumnae. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children and is an active mom to a golfer and a cheerleader.  When her kids have a time off of school they appreciate family time at the beach. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Joey Tagliente

Joey Tagliente joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate private equity and asset management. Before joining Atlantic, Joey served as Director of Real Estate at Wingmark Capital, where he focused on acquisitions, asset management, and strategic deal structuring of net lease, ground lease, and hospitality assets across the Northeast. His track record includes managing complex transactions, optimizing portfolio performance, and delivering value through innovative deal structures.

At Atlantic Capital Partners, Joey specializes in advisory services for institutional and private owners, leveraging his expertise as a principal to drive value across industrial/flex, self-storage, and retail asset classes. A licensed real estate agent, he is also working toward his full CCIM designation to deepen his investment and market analysis capabilities.

Joey earned his BA in Economics from Colby College. He resides in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA, with his wife and daughter. Outside the office, Joey enjoys fishing, golfing, surfing, and spending time with his family along the North Shore.

Stacy Miller Menendez

Stacy’s 30-year career in commercial real estate includes expertise in land brokerage, ground-up development, project leasing and tenant representation.  She spent 15 years in project development, project management and business development roles prior to brokerage. Having spent half her career as owner/developer and project quarterback, she is well equipped to assist clients while they navigate the development process and pursue accretive revenue opportunities for their real estate investments. Stacy graduated from the University of Florida and now serves on the advisory board for the Bergstrom Real Estate Center.

Outside of work, Stacy is a mom to two boys, a wife, the youngest of three sisters and a committed friend.  She is a believer in empowering and encouraging others to find their strengths in business and optimize their earning potential.  Her favorite things include sunrises in New Smyrna Beach, hot yoga, cooking for others and most of all, time with loved ones.

Zack Hilgendorf

Zack joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2025 as a Senior Vice President in the West Palm Beach Office working to further advance the groups well established capital markets platform.

Zack specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net leased properties, typically leased to notable national, public, and private retailers, with long-term NNN leases. He works on behalf of both private and institutional owners throughout the country, including high net worth private individuals, family offices, developers, owner-occupiers, REITs, and foreign capital. His expertise further includes 1031-exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, and build-to-suit advisory.

Throughout his career, Zack has focused on developing meaningful relationships that go beyond a singular transaction. Zack’s commitment to his clients and relationship-first mindset has allowed him to close over $800 million in sales volume across 32 states.

Zack graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA is History and Communication Studies. Originally from Chicago, Zack relocated to South Florida in 2023 with fiancé, Alejandra, where they enjoy traveling and hanging at the beach with friends.

Nick Hilgendorf

Nick joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2025 as an associate. He will be working out of the West Palm Beach Office, specializing in the advisory of clients’ acquisitions and dispositions of net-leased assets throughout the nation.

Since transitioning from an Analyst to a Broker, Nick has represented private investors, private family offices, and public REITs in both the acquisition and disposition in net-lease assets throughout the nation. Nick will continue to represent clients in both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the nation with Atlantic.

Nick graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020 with a degree in communication studies, while simultaneously earning a Certificate of Entrepreneurship. Away from the office, Nick enjoys keeping active by working out or playing basketball, and spending time with friends.
