Joe has been in the retail leasing business since 2004, representing and consulting with retailers and owners in the greater New York City market. He oversees the growth and development of the Tri-State area for Atlantic Retail in Manhattan. He has many national and international relationships and has been responsible for the expansion of The Dartmouth Company’s growth into the Tri-state area from Boston. Joe has worked on the expansion strategies for such retailers such as Life Time Athletic, Chipotle, Snipes, National Amusements and Lindt Chocolate to name a few. He has represented and worked with some of the best in class institutional landlords in New York City and the metro New York City suburbs such as SL Green, Vornado, RFR Realty, L3 Capital, Brixmor, Prudential, Greystar, ASB Capital, CIM, and Heitman.
Joe is a native New Yorker and received a BA from the Stonehill College and MS at Boston University. He resides in Katonah, NY with his wife Andrea and two daughters Ella and Madelyn. Away from the office Joe enjoys coaching his daughters sports, playing golf, baseball, football, fishing and spending time with his large Italian family.
