Tommy joined Atlantic Retail in 2022 as an Investment Sales Analyst in the Charlotte Office. He came from a regional retail shop in Chicago that focuses on the brokerage and management of retail assets across the Midwest. There he quickly gained a deep understanding of the retail real estate industry where he was directly responsible for a portfolio of 1.7M square feet of retail assets across the entirety of the Chicagoland area. At Atlantic, Tommy works with the Investment Services team underwriting a variety of retail properties (multi-tenant/NNN/shopping centers) and providing market research in the process.
Growing up in Naperville, IL, Tommy went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College where he graduated with a Political Science degree, while also a member of the Big Green rugby and football team. Tommy lives in Charlotte and enjoys playing golf, hiking, and running in his free time.
