Irina Simon has always had an interest in real estate, urban design, and architecture. With her father an architect and mother as an urban planner, Irina has dedicated herself to real estate to complement the family business.
Irina has more than 10 years of international experience in the real estate industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Hunter College and a master’s degree in business administration from Kyiv National University of Economics. Throughout her career, she combined her passion for real estate with her skills in strategic planning and prioritization to lead projects from initial concept to completion with acute attention to detail. From working directly with executive leaders to presenting results to clients and partners, she maximized returns on each project.
Irina speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian, and French. Her interests include architecture, historic preservation, art, ballet, photography, reading, jazz, travelling, and sports (skiing, hiking, running, and yoga). She lived in Ukraine, France, and Switzerland. She has been a resident of Manhattan since 2010 and resides with her husband and two children in the Upper West Side, New York.
