News Atlantic Retail Names Five New Partners

Atlantic Retail, a full-service retail brokerage firm representing major retailers, property owners, and investors in the Eastern US and Southern California, announced today that we have named five new Partners across three offices.

Noah Jones has been named Partner in West Palm Beach, while Dan Mullin, Micah Groeber, and Robey Spratt have been named Partners in Charlotte, and Evan Clements has been named Partner in the New York City office.

Noah, who joined Atlantic’s West Palm Beach office in 2010, has established himself as a leading broker, working with major national and regional clients including spearheading Bloomin’ Brands’ expansion in the Southeast, PopStroke’s national expansion, and representing Lowe’s Home Improvement and Lazy Dog.

“Noah’s hands-on approach and deep market knowledge have made him an invaluable resource for our clients,” said Daniel J. Lynch III, Managing Partner — West Palm Beach. “His promotion to Partner recognizes his consistent excellence and the trusted relationships he has built throughout his career at Atlantic.”

Dan, Micah, and Robey have each played pivotal roles in establishing Atlantic’s dominance in the Carolinas market. Dan, who joined in 2012, has successfully led expansion programs for Panera Bread, TD Bank, Whataburger, 7-Eleven, and Sweetgreen. Micah, also joining in 2012, has built an impressive portfolio working with national and regional retailers including Chase Bank, McDonalds, First Watch, and Petco. Robey, who joined in 2015, has quickly distinguished himself through his work with numerous retailers and developers in site selection and strategic leasing.

“These three professionals exemplify the excellence we strive for at Atlantic,” said Roy Crain, Managing Partner — Charlotte. “Their combined expertise has been instrumental in our office’s success, and their promotion to Partner reflects their exceptional contributions to our firm and their clients. Each has demonstrated not only outstanding deal-making abilities but also leadership qualities that will help guide our firm’s future growth.”

Evan joined the firm in 2015 and has been instrumental in growing Atlantic’s urban presence in New York through both tenant and landlord representation. His commitment to understanding the intricacies of New York’s diverse neighborhoods has made him a trusted advisor to clients navigating this complex market.

“Evan’s deep understanding of New York’s urban retail landscape and his ability to execute complex deals has made him an invaluable asset to our team,” said Joe Mastromonaco, Managing Partner — New York City. “His promotion to Partner reflects not only his deal-making abilities but also his leadership in our office.”
