He leverages his capital markets experience and knowledge to help determine where leasing and capital costs can be reduced while maintaining strong relationships between tenants and landlords. Previously, Max worked for a national real estate brokerage firm and focused on investment sales. His prior experience provides Max with a deep understanding of how restructuring lease terms can significantly impact a landlord’s investment value.

Max received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in real estate from the University of Georgia. Max was born and raised in Allanta where he currently lives with his wife and son. In his free time, Max enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. On weekends and holidays, you can find him golfing, skiing, mountain biking or cheering on an Atlanta sports team.

Shan Gastineau

In his role with Atlantic Corporate Services, Shan provides clients with expertise in lease restructuring and global access to capital that helps corporate real estate occupiers optimize economics and maximize asset value.

Shan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Latin Classics from Georgia State University and enjoys participating in various organizations outside of work. He was a long-time member of the Board at the Atlanta Mission, a ministry serving those experiencing homelessness; he founded M’AIDEZ 22, a non-profit helping adults with special needs; and is actively involved with LeaderImpact, an organization working with business leaders across the world.

If a degree in Greek and Latin taught me anything, it taught me this – On trial for his life in ancient Athens, Socrates summed up for the jury the secret to adaptability, to creativity, to challenging old ways and models of doing and thinking, to a willingness to change, and ultimately to the good and right way – “The unexamined life is not worth living.”

Tyler received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tyler was born and raised in Atlanta and still resides there with his wife Katie and son. Tyler has been a volunteer runner with Back on My Feet, an organization that empowers people to break free from the cycles of poverty, homelessness, and/or addiction through the power of fitness, community support, and employment resources.

When he is not working, you will likely find Tyler exercising, spending time outdoors with friends/family, or watching a Braves baseball game.
